Description of Work: Called for an Estimate but 2 other contractors had replied quicker and 1 of them got the job. When Another Heating and Air did call, he was very professional and apologetic. We had several weeks with temperatures over 100 degrees thus almost all HVAC companies were swamped so I accepted his responsiveness and apology as ledgitimate.
