+ -1 morePrior to today's date, we had 3 appointments for them to come do the estimate and they cancelled each time. They called today and asked if they could reschedule to tomorrow. He said he couldn't control the weather and I said I understood that but that professionals work around issues like weather and taking their children to school and various other excuses they gave me.
Description of Work: They were going to come out and physically look at my couch to see what I wanted to have done. They were going to give me an estimate and if we agreed on price and if they thought they could do the job, then they were going to load up the couch and do the work.

+ -1 moreI had used them before and I liked what they did then and therefore, I went to them. I liked the people I worked with and they even delivered the chairs and put the chairs in the place in the house where I wanted it. They did an excellent job on the re-covering.
Description of Work: I had two chairs re-covered by Allen's Reupholstering.
