Advantage Pool Service

It was very poor service. Once we started out pool up the pool filtration tank quit working and they said the filtration tank opening was warped. Still fully under the warranty from Hayward. Tried calling Doug numerous times did not receive a response until I contacted the Hayward company. They responded back to me and then Doug called. He said he would come out to fix the tank needed to be replaced. He neglected to do this and we are now back to not having a working filtration system and he will not answer his phone. Stay away from him and Leslie Pool as they are not taking ownership for this issue at all. They do not stand behind their products. They were rude and did not handle our issue very professionally.

We are still waiting for all the parts for the cover, a year later. there were delays and excuses. Now they are the only one that can replace the salt water system under warranty. They have delayed, avoided, put off blame, and anything they could to avoid doing the work. In the mean time we have been waiting weeks to get our pool up and running. Promises and promises about showing up only to never make it and not call, then give "someone else?s fault" excuses. They again promised to show up today, we will find out when we get home. I have full doubt they will actually come back to show us how to use it like they said they would. Avoid them and Leslie's pool
