Perfectly; not one problem. Work done very safely and carefully; great care taken to protect the whole house and residents (and pets).

The two projects went really well. First, the job was done correctly, following stringent abatement procedures. Everything was explained from start to finish. We were provided with before and after photos of the work at every stage. All my questions were answered and I cannot say enough about the integrity of this firm. They saved me money where they good but never sacrificed safety. I received a lot of good advice as well as how to finish the basement area so we would not have problems again. I highly recommend this firm.

Large area that had been blocked because I had boxes that had not been removed. There was mold around the west masonry wall and into the closet area on the north wall which was also masonry. We found this when the drywall was removed and in addition there was mold in the drywall area where the semi finished basement separates from the unfinished basement. This was primarily mold that was in the concrete basement floor extending into the wall and extended to the furnishing that were on the floor that was in proximity to the area, the semi finished portion to the unfinished but they did not treat the drywall area because again that was drywall and because they mainly focused on the masonry. In terms of Wichita, they are probably one of the few specialist. They are clearly a specialist, and they clearly have the credential based on my understanding and my discussion with them. They have the certification that would be the legal qualification in the documents to back it up. They were working under some conflict with a firm that came in to do the flood and water mitigation. They were there at the same time when they came to inspect the mold. There were some difference of opinion and the ACM staff were fairly persistent that it was very important to remove the material so they can actually get to the masonry. There were conflict with the staff that they did not believe that the mold mitigation people should remove the covering that was drywall and combination of cedar covering that could not determined what was underneath until it was removed. ACL insisted that the covering be removed to determine what was underneath. I approved it and went ahead they found that indeed the mold had extended. They were spot on right. I thought that was professional in their part that they did not blackout.

From the first call to the last goodbye they were awesome. Paul came up to scope the damage on Saturday then Jerry and the crew showed up promptly on Monday. They were on time, friendly and worked hard while they were there. I was especially impressed that they found some valuable and/or sentimental items I had missed and instead of just throwing them away, they cleaned them and saved them for us. I really felt they treated the items as their own. Since I live out of state, Paul was kind enough to set up a local contractor to fix other issues in the house related to the mold problem. Without a doubt I would recommend ACM to all!

The remediation crew arrived on time, established a barrier for the work area, and did very professional work, exceeding the standards established in the written estimate. We have found no residual or recurrent mold.

Excellent. Very responsive from intial call to completion of work. They came out in timely manner and we had a proposal for work within a few days of the inspection. They were able to get us on their schedule quickly as well to complete the work. They were upfront about costs and extras before they did any additional work. Would be happy to use them again.

The worker was friendly, professional and did a great job. Good pre before the job and clean up after.

ACM was very prompt in our initial inquiry for an evaluation. Of the three service providers we contacted, they responded in the most timely fashion. In addition, they provided a quote in a timely manner following the evaluation of the property and were very cost competitive. Their staff was knowledgable and matter-of-fact about the services they provide. No 'scare tactics' were used in communicating how to address the problem (as we found to be true when contacting other service providers about the same issue). They were able to complete the work at our property in a very reasonable amount of time and completed it as indicated in the proposal. We had a question after their first day of work and the owner was easily accessible after-hours. Upon completion of the job, ACM followed up quickly to ensure we were satisfied with their work and to make sure everything was as it should be. We would highly recommend ACM to others looking for these services.

Paul was extremely professional and prompt in our sudden discovery of mold. He worked quickly to alleviate the situation with his team. Jerry, his PM, was very professional and communicated well with us to keep us up to date. I am thankful for the swift work on removing the mold from our basement.

Paul was wonderful to work with! He was quick to come out, look at our issue and provide us an estimate. After agreeing to the service, he was able to schedule us within a week. The crew were quiet, polite and did a great job job taping off the room and cleaning up following the job. We are very pleased and highly recommend ACM.
