Very accommodating of my need for a quick appointment. Very pleasant office communications. Very pleasant and professional carpenter. Glad the carpenter called the night before and I could relate the problem to him directly so that he had a better idea of what I needed before he got there.

The person who took my call did not tell me about all of the possible charges associated w/cleaning my gutters. I considered cancelling the appointment. But after discussing the issue further w/ the receptionist, I decided to go ahead and use Handyman Matters. The service man was very polite and thorough. He also gave me some suggestions about an unrelated problem that he noticed with my house.

I had a great experience with Handy Man Matters. I had originality called to cancel my appointment because of my schedule , but had them come later in the day to give me a quote. Steve was the handy man who gave me the quote, and I hired him that day. He made arrangements with Stephanie, who quickly got a team together , and Steve went to work the next day. Steve was on time each day, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Handy Man Matters. Thanks to Stephanie for getting the crew together so quickly, and thanks to Steve for doing an awesome job. I am very pleased.

I got next day service. Their person arrived on time. He was professional and made sure my doors were in good working order before he left. He cleaned up before he left. I felt safe and comfortable.
