Absolute Hardwood Floors

He has a worker named charles Miller that is a alcoholic that is disrespectful and steals stuff from people's houses

I took the day off to be present and he never showed up. I called him later in the morning and he said he forgot but that we could reschedule. I told him I would think about it.

I tried several times to call Absolute Hardwood to ask for their advertised free estimates on getting our hardwood floors refinished and to have some of the existing flooring replaced with hardwood. The number the website gives automatically went to an answering machine that had a recording stating it was a different number and their was no company name given on the recording. So then a week later when AH did our friends' floors, I stopped the carpenter while he was at our friends' home and told him about my issues getting in touch with them. He was very professional, apologized and said he would come by later that day to give me an estimate. He did, however, he was much later than he said he'd be, which he did apologize for as well and he never came back with the estimate like he said he would. Or perhaps he did, but I was not able to find an estimate in our mailbox or anywhere near the door. However, with all this said, this company did a beautiful job on our friends' floors and they had no trouble with the company, so it is very possible they were just overextended when I talked to them or otherwise occupied. Unfortunately, I can only review my own experience with the company.

These guys are great and really know what they are doing. The price was also very reasonable compared to other companies I checked with prior to hiring this company. They refinished the wood floors in my hall, family room and kitchen. They also laid new floor in my dining room and living room and interlaced it with the old wood so that it all looks like it was laid at the same time. Everyone loves my floors. I would use this company again.

These guys were fabulous. The price was fantastic and the quality was amazing. They arrived promptly everyday and the owner was always onsite with his crew. They did everything in their power to make our lives easier during the disruption of having the floors done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring specialists.
