When he determined the part I needed was no longer available he contacted a business in town to see if they could help me find a replacement oven. In case I did not opt to purchase the one he found to be available, he provided me with suggestions of brands that he has experienced as needing the fewest repairs. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to any of my friends needing this service.
Description of Work: Alan diagnosed the problem with my oven that would not heat. He did this quickly and efficiently. He had obviously done his homework prior to arriving at my house as he was able to tell me how much the part would be if it was the heating element.
