Description of Work: Saw a bat in my home, Scott was out the next day, on a Sunday to help investigate the issue. He searched my hot and cramped attic and checked the roof and made suggested repairs. So, to say he made a great effort is an understatement. I agreed to the suggested repairs around the home to eliminate bats and keep them out.

+ -1 moreI liked that after I called he responded in a timely matter. The payment information on the subject of how much when, where, and for how many was written down. First squirrel caught he sent me a photo over the phone and we kept in contact through text messages. The holes were covered and are guaranteed for three years from the squirrels getting back into the attic. Very pleased with the out come of it all. Would hire him again if needed in the future.
Description of Work: Traps set, squirrels caught, holes covered so animals cannot chew their way back in to the attic, and all is quite once more.

+ -1 moreScott is very good at what he does. His customer service skills are excellent and he shows up on time. If hes late its because he is very busy due to the fact that he has a lot of customers. Our mole problem was pretty bad and but they appear to be gone now. Highly recomment this company.

Description of Work: Scott came out to my house within hours of contacting him - on a Sunday! He set up some traps to try to catch whatever was rolling back my new sod. In all, we caught 2 raccoon and a opposum. We must have caught the culprit, because our sod was left alone after catching those three. He's extremely knowledgable and I will definitely call him again if we need to. Highly recommend!

+ -1 moreIt went very well, he removed a family of racoons from my yard. Five in all. HE also bricked or boarded up area's where they were getting in, and gave me advice to keep new one's from returning. He knew his job, was super nice guy and very enjoyable to talk to. I will definately recommend him, and would use him again.
Description of Work: I was having a racoon problem that had been going on for awhile, but when they started using my swimming pool, I knew they had to go. I called Scott, from a friends recommendation, and he came right out and set traps, and told me the things I needed to do to not make my yard such an inviting place for coons, since I live in a wooded area. I could email or text or call him, which I did each night, and he would be here by usually 9 the next morning to pick them up.
