 + -1 moreI noticed termites in an old stump under my deck so I called to have someone come out and check if they were in the house. The guy came out, spend maybe 15 minutes are so looking around and said " no termites ". I also had him check my deck as the wood was rotting in spots, but he said that was water damage. He seemed to be in a hurry and didn't really spend much time with me explaining why, even though I saw what looked like termites under my deck.
Description of Work: Termite inspection at my request.

 + 0 moreIt is a family owned business. They are very friendly and easy to work with. They worked with my schedule for the inspections and treatments. Pricing was very reasonable. I will contact them for future needs. Paul actually showed me what to look for to determine if a house has termites. He showed me the termites when they were found.
Description of Work: He inspected the home I was selling and the home I was purchasing for termites. He then quoted termite treatment on the home I was selling as they were found. His quote was lower than the national chain, but the buyers of my home preferred to go with the chain company. I will be having Kaw Valley Exterminators under contract on my new home to do regular pest treatment and and preventative termite treatments as well.

Description of Work: Easy to work with... Called to schedule and they were able to fit me in the following day. We had ants in the bathroom and were due for a whole house inspection. I was pleased with their service and provided me with a 6 month guarantee. They arrived on time and really checked the place out. Nice job and friendly service.
