Firm replied within minutes of my inquiry on Home Advisor. Jason Thetford was direct and polite in answering my questions about replacing a glass ceiling light fixture. We ended up replacing not just the glass shade but the entire fixture itself with an LED one. Jason was most accommodating in scheduling a date/time to come to our house. He called that day to let us know he was running a bit late. When he arrived he was polite, clean and professional. The replacement fixture was exactly what he had described, and his parts charge was the same as the “big box” price for the item. The only minor flaw in the process was his failure to mention ahead of time that there would be a $16 charge for “travel time”. Still well worth the cost.

We needed a light fixture added, bathroom exhaust fans installed, GFCI outlets installed, and a chandelier moved. He showed up on time, asked great questions regarding what we wanted and where, communicated throughout the project, and was very professional. He cleaned up very well also. Best part, the rates were really competitive. We would hire Coleman Electric again and I can't wait to refer this contractor to others.

Helpful and fixed our issue

Jason was quick to come out and give us a bid. We set up a time that same day to come back out within 2 weeks to have the exhaust fan put in. It was almost on target of the bid he gave us. He provided us with excellent workmanship and superb customer service. We will be hiring him again for other projects.
