I opened a project in Home Advisor to repair an sudden electrical outage at my home at about 6 pm Saturday. Was contacted about 45 minutes later and was offered an immediatre inspection and repair if inspection indicated it was possible. Electrician arrived about 7:15 pm and had my electric restored in 45 minutes. Great response time, great communication, price to resolve was reasonable. Problem was a total failure of the 2 pole main circuit breaker feeding my home, it failed in such a way that the enclosure was not damaged. One wire to the electric meter was damaged and electrician replaced it as well as the breaker. Cost was about $ 230.

I called late Friday after the 4th of July and left a message. My son, visiting on the 4th said he would install an ceiling fan on the back porch, if I would purchase the model I liked. The installation was more complicated than anticipated. The service call started promptly at 8 a.m. Tuesday. Estimates were provided, accepted and the work performed by 10:00 including removing the old electrical box, installing the support for and the new electrical box, rewiring a switch box to be a separate circuit for another porch light, put the fan together and install it. The electrician was very personable and answered all questions as he worked.

They were prompt and courteous and did the job in a very nice way.

We were completely satisfied and we'll use him again!
