I called and got no answer, no machine. I called again and was told they would not service my GE refrigerator. They were going to check with the tech and call me back to let me know what the tech advises I should do, never got a call back.

We appreciate your insight. I would like to say in our defense that we do have an answering service on 24 hours a day. We do have call waiting and sometimes it is not possible to switch between calls because of the type of call currently taking. I did explain why we do not do GE refrigeration, and did recommend she call GE warranty service. Also I did say that IF the technician had any other ideas, we would call her back. We are a small company, and we work out of our home. We do try to take care of as many customers as we can in a timely manner. We are honest with our customers and will tell them if we feel they should find a different venue for repair. I am sorry customer had a bad experience with our business, we will try harder.
