It never went.

I called about two weeks ago and left a message with a woman who said the man would call me back to schedule but to date he never called. Perhaps his rating on this list has him busier than he can keep up with? A neighbor recommended a local man who I called a week ago Friday and he came lthe following Monday to give an estimate. I will post his info on this site for people in my area. He is licensed, bonded and returns calls in a timely manner.

Bid was competitive. All work was performed as expected. You can no longer tell where the large tree was cut down. All their work really enhanced the look of the backyard. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tree service!

They did a great job and cleaned up all of the debris. Everything looked great when they finished!!

This was an excellent experience. Heartland came out to give an estimate yesterday and their estimate was well below a local competitor. I called yesterday to accept their bid, and they called today to ask if they could remove the trees today. They came out mid-afternoon and completed the job in less than three hours. They were careful in cutting the trees down not to damage the nearby roof of neighbors' property. They have first rate equipment--a cherry picker on top of a large truck, a chipper, a grinder, and a skid steer to remove larger pieces. They cleaned up perfectly. These guys were professional and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone with tree trimming or removal needs.

They came right over with all the equipment needed - removed the tree and stump as well as two additional stumps from previous trees. They totally cleaned everything up and leveled the dirt from the stump removal. Highly recommend.

The company took out a tree, ground the stump down and cleaned up all debris. The tree was locate above a shed and they took very good care not to drop anything on the shed. Very professional!

Received estimate, accepted the bid. Bad weather the day service to be performed, but the weather cleared and they came later that day. Removed a tree and it's stump, trimmed another tree and also removed soem debris from a trimming that I had done myself. Work was completed in just over an hour, head of the company came towards the end and bill was settled with him. My neighbor stopped by to ask for an estimate and received a business card for future work. Overall, a very good experience.
