Description of Work: My AC stopped working 2 weeks ago. Called several places and Bryan was the only one that can schedule a service visit the earliest. On the day of the service, they gave me a call notifying me that a service tech was on his way which is nice. Church, the service tech, was pleasant, friendly and professional. He performed analysis on the AC system and root caused the issue as bad thermostat. After my permission, he went ahead and replaced my thermostat. He then waited for several minutes to make sure there is no other issue with the AC. He even inspected the condenser outside which is very nice and told me that it was still in good condition. I am glad I picked Bryan's to service my AC.

+ -1 moreWe first used called on Bryon's at the recommendation of a long time local servicer that had recently gone transitioned into semi-retirement. That was a couple of seasons past, and we have relied on them ever since. We have dealt with two separate technicians from this business: both were professional, very courteous, obviously skilled in their trade, and exceptionally personable. On short notice, Bryon’s has been exceptionally responsive when one of our two units were not functioning; arriving in a timely manner and resolving the issue in short order. We would highly recommend Bryon’s Heating and Air Conditioning for anything from routine service to major repairs.

+ -1 moreThe appointment went well. Bryan's was able to send a repairman out the same day we called which was very fortunate since our A/C was not working at all and it is July! The repairman was a little later than they told us to expect, but they did call to let us know he was running late. Since they were able to get out the same day I didn't mind that he was about an hour later than quoted. Overall he was professional and did a great job. We've used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

+ -1 moreOutstanding! Read a few reviews on Angies list. Bryan's was listed and had a couple of good reviews. They are close to where we live so I decided to give them a try. I called them one day and they were on site the next day to do an estimate. My wife worked with them after that to manage all of the insallation details. They were very responsive and easy to work with and did a great job of installing the unit. Would use them agian in the future.
Description of Work: Installed a ventless Heat and Air unit into a space being finished in a metal building.

Description of Work: Furnace went out on a day when everyone was charging for emergency sevice. Called Bryan on a recommendation from a friend. They were very responsive and fixed the furnace within 3 hours of calling them. This was a holiday weekend and they saved Christmas for us. Very happy with the price and the technician was very friendly and efficient. Very honest and fair.

Both installers were very mannerly, respectful and professional in their job. I would highly recommend Bryans Heating and Air to anyone wanting the job done right the first time, trust the workers and have a positive experience working with a contractor's team. They are the definition of Team Work.
Description of Work: Cleaned and replaced fan blade and relay on Condenser unit. Built new trunk for return air ducts. Insulated all return air ductwork. Replaced coil and built pedistal for new filter compartment. Installed new thermostat.

We got a couple of other estimates and they were the cheapest and just as good. The system they put in is good and it works. We got a high efficiency unit for the price we paid. The quality of their work was good. They returned phone calls. They were on time and professional too. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreThey were okay. They came out and gave me some information. They were professional. I got about 7 or 8 quotes and they were competitive where the price was concerned. Their responsiveness to my questions was very good. If I was planning to buy a furnace and it was good quality stuff, I would go along with them. I am not in the market for an A/C anymore. I bought it from someone else. The air-conditioner is going to last me unless I move out. If I move somewhere else and need air-conditioning, I wouldn't hesitate to call them to get a price.
Description of Work: The heating and air-conditioning company came out in July and gave an estimate as my A/C stopped working and I was in the market for an A/C.
