Dave showed up as promised to give his estimate. Scheduling was communicated effectively and timely as we had bad weather the week we originally scheduled for. The fence was able to be installed the next week. Dave and his helper were timely, efficient, and professional. The cost of the work was as quoted. I would definitely call All Around Fencing back if we had any future fencing needs.

It was great. Dave came out and gave me a free estimate and his was the the best and most reasonable (I received 5 different estimates from companies all around Wichita before going with All Around Fencing). He was flexible with my schedule and was even able to work around a change in our plans at the last minute. The fence went in quickly and look amazing. I would highly recommend this company.

Kept the appointment to bid the job. Provided the bid after surveying the job. Showed up when he said he would. Completed the job on time. No extra cost when one gate had be made larger than originally estimated. Materials used are of good quality. Have gotten compliments on the fence from friends and neighbors.

Dave did an excellent job. They removed the old fence and installed the metal posts in one day and came back and installed the thick cedar fencing in three days including two four foot gates. They were very friendly and efficient in their work. They installed over 200 feet of fencing and removed the old fence in a short time. We are very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the new fence. i wil refer them to anyone that wants a good fence contractor.

David used metal poles and thick cedar fencing, he came out for initial consult and gave us a price, scheduled for about 4 weeks later due to him being busy, he contacted me kept me informed and was so professional and courteous, I was nervous about hiring someone I did not know but trusted angie's list best investment ever made, if you are even considering a fence call David will use him again in the future triple AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA service could not have done any better

Dave promptly responded to my call, answered my questions, made recommendations, and provided a bid to build a fence around my yard. He installed the almost 300 ft metal post and privacy fence along with two wrought iron gates in three days. The fence looks great and we?re very happy with the expert service Dave provided. We?ll definitely recommend Dave to friends.

uContacted Dave through Angie message. Arranged times and dates. Dave was here on time and finished the job on time. Good quality workmanship and materials. Work area completely cleaned up. Work looks great. Very Satisfied.

He called in sick several times then when he had finished the initial part, he refused to do a short 30 ft additional fence as well as the double drive through gates. I had to get someone else to do that part.

He came out and measured and set the fence post and got the stuff done in 2 days. It was great. He did an excellent job and he did what we wanted. He got it up quickly for us because we told him that we needed it for our dogs. He was available and answered my phone calls. He came out and set the fence post in 1 day and then the next day, he setup the panels and it was done. I think he was pretty for price.

This is my third time to use All Around Fencing. Dave is always prompt to give me a bid. He always shows up when he says he will. The finished job looks wonderful. The privacy fence is very professionally done. Dave even hauled off some yard trash that I had gathered up!

Dave responded promptly to my message and came out to bid job the next day. Had just moved to a new house and was in a hurry to get fence up for dogs. Dave was able to come out the next week and install fence. It looks great and am very happy with the work.

I hired David to install a privacy fence. His work is outstanding. He showed up on time every day to do the work. He started and finished exactly when he said he would. We had one minor problem and one larger problem ( the large problem was my fault not his). He handled both problems professionally and quickly. One run of fence landed on my neighbors sprinkler heads. Again not his fault, but mine as I told where to put the fence. He willingly meet with my neighbor and I, and we worked it out nicely. That was just icing on the quailty fence that he built. I had the neighbors heads moved and all was good. If you need a fence built, I highly recommend David and All Around Fencing. David installed 252 feet of fence installed in 3.5 days!

Dave responded to my calls immediately. He scheduled the job and kept me posted as to when he would be out to set posts and complete the fence. He had the fence up within 2 weeks of my initial call and that included the time waiting for panels to be fabricated and having the utility lines marked. Great product and quick turn around.

Phoned David and made an appointment for the next morning. The next morning he arrived on time and within five minutes knew I had made the correct choice in contractor. He explained the process and having agreed time and cost just sit back he does all the rest. His price was $500 lower than others for the same work and he even told me where he would get his supplies from which are of a high quality. I had to go out of town for a few days so Dave kept my wife fully informed phoning her the night before he started to confirm everything was still set to go. She found him very easy to work with and we would both recommend him to anyone needing fence work. After the work was completed he left no mess and it was as if the fence had always been there. The work was completed within the time agreed and for the price quoted. The fence looks great and is of a high quality. Thanks Dave

Dave was very friendly and professional. He and his helper were on time and took minimal breaks. Considering all the storms we got over the last two days they finished the job. The fence looks great! The cost was very reasonable and he gave us a 5% senior discount.

Did an excellent job. I have hired a lot of contract people in the past with remodeling our house, adding screened in porch, and covered deck, and these guys did an excellent job. But more importantly they followed their schedule to a tee.

The only one of 3 companies I called that responded. All had top ratings on Angie's List. Very pleasant to work with; came to the house the day after I called. Quickly reviewed the area, and gave me a reasonable quote and date to start work, barring weather. Started and finished as stated, and charge was just as quoted. He was a one man army - showed up on time, worked as long as it took for the particular phase, and cleaned up everything every day. We were very pleased with his work. You might find cheaper (maybe) but not better, in my opinion. Excellent job, and easy to work with.

While i took a couple tries to get in touch with him, it was no more than I would come to expect from a solo owner/operator who does everything himself. He did call me back within a few days and after that he was always prompt and on time. We were able to get the contract set up and signed within a week of my first phone call (on a Thursday) and he was able to begin work the following Tuesday. The only issue was that his wood supplier failed to deliver enough posts, so there was an extra day to install the missing 2 posts and finish the fence (on the Thursday 1 week after signing the contract). Overall Dave was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. He was very flexible with my requests and any changes to the job after he started. We have plans to use him again this coming spring for more fence replacement and repairs to the pool house.

Mr. Morrissey was very professional ., gave us a bid and stuck to it. He came when he said he would, did the work he said he would, and did a phenomenal job. The fence looks as good or better than other fences I have seen done. He does great work. Kept in touch with us by phone...... We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again in the future.

The beginning of the project seemed to go well.Dave seemed to understand what I wanted and I signed the contract.My house is new with a newly installed lawn and I explained that to Dave.Here are some of the specifics:1. Cost: $5000. I paid Dave $2500 when the material arrived and the remaining $2500 upon his so-called completion of the work. After Dave got his money, he was done with doing any work I had issues with... $5000 is a lot of money for me to save.2. I have a 10' easement @ the back of my property so the fence posts needed to clear 10'. They were not and the City Inspector gave me a warning to get it fixed. I gave Dave all the paperwork from my site lot showing the 10' easement, the paperwork from my HOA showing the 10' easement and stressing verbally the 10' easement. When I found the warning from the City Inspector, Dave hesitated to fix it. The City Inspector advised that Dave tried to "make a deal" with him claiming that he was new to this area when he was fully aware of the 10' easement. So Dave came back out and cut down the old posts, dug new holes and created more dirt that I had to remove. Now no grass with grow over the old cut down posts...3. Dave advised he would throw the dirt from the posts around my fence. He acted like that would be a small amount of dirt. He did not ask if I wanted to have something done with it. I had no idea the amount of dirt thrown around my fence. Again I have a new house and newly installed sod. The amount of dirt thrown up against my fence was 8" tall and 1 foot wide mainly along the back of my fence. I told him the dirt needed to be removed as it was up against the wood and was killing my grass. His comments were "I didn't charge you for removing the dirt..." I worked for three hours in the heat removing all the dirt as it was right up against the pickets which is not good on wood and it was killing my grass.4. I specified 5' gates (60") as I'm getting older and may need a lawn service or my sons to take care of my lawn someday. I measured each gate - one is 51-1/2" = 4' 3" and the other is 53" = 4' 4", neither one is 5' or 60". I again told Dave of my findings... He told me he made them wide enough for a riding mower. I told him my son's mower would not fit in the gates and his comments were "I can't believe it won't fit through either gate, really". I didn't contract with him for him to decide how wide to make my gates. I specifically contracted with him for two 5' gates. Dave told me he would make me a deal. He would remove the dirt and make me one 5' gate... I said, I only want what I contracted for 2-5' gates. He told me that he made them as wide as he could without a metal frame and that would be an additional $300, but he agreed originally to 5' gates prior to getting his money.5. I marked all the sprinkler heads with flags so no damage would be done to any heads. Dave advised no damage to any heads, but that was false as two heads had to be repaired. Also the flags I used to mark my heads were borrowed from my son. Dave took the flags so now my son will have to purchase more flags to replace the original flags. 6. The pickets were so close to my house that not even a piece of copy paper would slide in between. Again I told Dave of this situation and specifically said not to damage my siding. He came out and one side was fixed, but the other side not so much... There is a cut in my siding approx 7" long and the post next to it is cut jagged. Nothing, not a word was mentioned of this damage. I now have to fix this cut in my brand new siding and clean cut that post as well as paint approx 7 places where each piece of siding was marred due to him getting that picket to clear my siding.7. There are many nails and screws that were installed, but are too long and now the points are protruding. I have grandchildren and one of them could catch their fingers or arms on those points. My friends could get scraped on them as well. I will have to back those out and put the correct length back in the posts/pickets. Something more I will have to hire down or fix myself.8.I wanted to schedule a time to meet with Dave in person about the cut in my siding and the 5' gates. He told me he was on vacation for the next two weeks. I said then I want to meet that next Monday after his vacation and that he damaged my property. He wanted the specifics via text, but I wanted to meet in person. I told him that I didn't want him on my property unless I was home. He texted me verbatom, "not sure why we need to meet..." Then again, he says verbatom, "I don't ever intend on stepping foot on your property again. I have tried to be nice to you, but I won't stand for it anymore".I really did want to settle my disputes with Dave, but when he replied as stated above, my question, was "how old are you?" That really didn't sound like a supplier who is interested in making things right and whole... I have decided to let the gates remain @ the width they are due to if they are built wider, new posts will have to be dug and the old posts will be cut off and no grass will grow over them... so I didn't get what I paid for. I have to make the repairs on my siding, brand new siding or hire someone to do the work. I had to remove all the dirt which took three hours and it was hard work. I will have to back out all of the too long nails and screws and replace them with the correct size or hire someone to do the work. I really did trust Dave and I'm quite disappointed as after he got his money, I was a nuisance. He didn't even try to work things out with me. He talked badly about a customer to me and I was quite uncomfortable about that. I'm sure he's talked about other customers poorly as well. I gave him the job because of his ratings on Angie's list, but I sure wish I would have seen the report on May 17th "buyer beware"... If I would have seen that post I never would have done business with Dave. I wasn't going to post anything and let this whole thing go, but I keep hearing all the Angie's list commercials and I feel compelled to tell my story.

The entire process went smoothly and the quality of the work was very high. It is a very nice fence. Dave replied quickly to my initial inquiry. He shared that an auger broke and he was awaiting a replacement, so the work would start a few weeks later. As soon as he realized the auger would arrive a few days later than he initially thought, he called and informed me so my expectations were aligned. A few days prior we got together and he remeasured/reviewed the work and set expectations for timing (tear out old fence and dig holes on Monday, hang fencing on Tuesday, usage of driveway on Monday night only for storing the wood fencing). On Monday, his crew worked quickly and precisely. On Tuesday, the crew again worked quickly and precisely, finishing early, and completing the task. Overall, I was impressed with Dave's communicaiton, precision in terms of timing and construction, as well as my overall experience. I would recommend All Around Fencing highly to anyone else looking to build/replace a fence.

I absolutely recommend All Around Fencing to others. Dave is very punctual, responsive, and respectful. He provided me with a quote, asked me if I had any questions, and always followed up on his word. When it came to the fence installation, he had the wood delivered when he anticipated, he showed up at the exact time he said the following morning, and finished the job within the time he gave (2 days total). Dave was the friendliest person I talked to when looking around for price quotes on the fence, and was the most reasonable with price.
