I called on Monday and they scheduled me for Wednesday with a window of 12:00-2:00. They called at 12:30 to say they were on their way. The two young men who showed up were nice and very polite. They did their job quickly and very professionally. I would definitely use them again!

they were polite & on time for the estimate. however the quoted price was outrageous. $8000.00 is 1 1/2 times the cost of installing a new fence. plus the fence company had quoted +/- $600 to remove the fence, they did not want to deal with the brush - thus the reason for contacting junkpros I don't know how good of a job they might have done - for that price it had better be perfect. but there is no way I would spend that much money just to tear out & remove an old fence 07/03/2015last week I got a phone call from "junk pro". they felt my rating was bad for their business and that I needed to change my ratings. while I can understand that if I were to receive a poor rating from one of my "customers" I would not like it but I feel it's important to remember this is a subjective assessment. looking at other reviews I can see that some people are perfectly satisfied with their experience. I did review my above comments and did find an error. so I'll correct that here - in the "approximate cost of service I showed $8000" but in my comments I only showed $800.00. the estimated was actually $8000.00 (eight thousand dollars). to remove a fence that will only cost $5300 to replace with a new one. Junk pro told me their estimate was for a "crew" to take a week to a week and a half to remove the old fence????????? I got two other estimates for the exact same work . they were both in the $1300 range and said would not take more than a day and a half. I STAND BY MY RATINGS. $8000 DOLLARS FOR THE ABOVE WORK IS OUTRAGEOUS.

These guys are excellent. They give a 2 hour window (instead of 4 hour like most services), always call ahead, and their estimates in terms of arrival time, completion time, and expected price end up being very accurate. They are polite, professional, and provide both information and rationale as to their pricing up front - they wanted to make sure that I knew I would be paying for labor as well as the removal, for example. This brick oven structure had been an eyesore that rendered a large corner of the yard unusable since we moved in. A friend and I had attempted to break it apart with meager tools a few years ago and gave up at that time because I was starting grad school. I estimate that right now, if I had not had Junk Pro come out, it would have cost me two days of labor (half a day researching and buying things, and a day and a half of labor), 2 friends, 2 rubble transportation favors, 170$ in tools and supplies, 30$ to pay to "dump" the rubble, and probably another 8 hrs of lost productivity from muscle pain and exhaustion. Instead, I ate breakfast, called my mom, talked to my wife, stretched my neck, and then they were done - about 1 hr. Completely worth it absolutely no regrets. Their truck is very large and you pay by the percent filled - this project cost more because of the labor and the "dense fill" rubble. We have used them for getting rid of a few other large items (non-rubble) from inside the house and 30% of their truck fits an absolute ton of stuff. And of course, unlike Bagster, they will come in and get your stuff and lift it out. On that stuff I was prepared for a few wall bumps or scuffs (for a big unwieldy oak entertainment center from the basement up the stairs, for example) but I was pleasantly surprised that there was no issues at all. These guys are intensely interested in making customers happy and I would recommend them highly.

Junk Pro workers Shawn and Ricardo were great. They showed up on time, gave a reasonable estimate, and were very efficient. They swept the drive when they were finished. Assured me they would recycle as much as possible. I would recommend this company highly.

I was moving from a house I lived in for 20 yrs, so I had a lot of extra junk I didn't want to take to the new house (some of it was pretty dusty and dirty).I requested a quote from Junkpros' online website. These guys definitely lived up to their name. They were fast, polite, and professional with great attitudes from beginning to end. they were up front about prices, no surprises. Just friendly professional service. They were done in about 45 min for a full truckload packed tight.I would quickly recommend them and/or use them again. Oops! I almost forgot, they showed up promptly and on time, well within the "window"they promised.

We were the victims of an illegal dump in the ally and the city forced us to haul it off. I called Junk Pros and they understood the situation and even gave me a price break.

They were awesome! Drove up in a truck, backed into the driveway and started trash removal. I had several buckets that I wanted emptied, but not thrown away. They accommodated my request. They hauled huge branches from the back of the house for us. When they were finished, they swept the driveway. It really improved how our new property looked after they left! They were friendly and worked very quickly! We will definitely call them again! Recycling is very important to me and they did sort out the items to be recycled!

The first time it was 100 Dollars and they gave me a 50 Dollars discount card that I can use and the next time I only had to pay 50 Dollars because I used the card. They were very professional. The first time they moved an electronic piano. They came in, picked it up, put it in the back of their truck and it was all done and over with. When they were moving the piano, they were careful with the doors and door frames. Then I had cleaned up the garage after I moved in and I had all the stuff in the driveway and they just backed their truck up, threw it in the truck and it was all gone. They were all very professional and clean.

Great service. Very personable, they definitely were on time, prompt, efficiently, did everything quickly. Just a great business transaction.
