+ -1 moreI like that they have branch offices and they are convenient, but I do not like the service charges, so that is why I am switching to another bank. Random ATM charges are $10. I think sometimes they charge on using their ATM and sometimes not, so it is unpredictable. Last time, I believe I paid 1.5% of my money in service charges, etc., so that is why I am switching.
Description of Work: Citibank has been my bank.
