I was pleased. The estimate and actual cost were together. The work went well. They had adequate personal and were able to complete it all in one day.

We called the courteous office staff they came very promply and replaced a valve on the urinal at the church and cleaned up their mess. we have used them before and will comtinue

MY SINK BACKED UP AND THEY CAME OVER AND TRIED TO ROTOR ROOT IT AND I WAS IN THE LIVING ROOM WHILE THEY WERE IN THE KITCHEN AND THEY DECIDED TO PUT ACID DOWN THE SINK CAUSE THEY COULDNT GET IT UNPLUGGED WELL IT EXPLODED AND GOT ON MY SINK, BRAND NEW COUNTER TOP, SIDE OF MY DOORS AND ON THE FLOOR. DID NOT REALIZE WHAT HAD HAPPENED UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN I NOTICED EVERYTHING HAD BEEN EATEN AT FROM THE ACID. I CALLED ROB AND HE GOT RUDE ABOUT IT AND SAID IT WAS MY FAULT AND NOT HIS PEOPLES. HE WENT AHEAD AND SENT THE GUYS BACK OVER AND THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT AND NOT THEIRS THAT I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM THAT I PUT DRANO THE NIGHT BEFORE THEY GOT THEIR IN WHICH WAS A LIE CAUSE I TOLD THEM IMMEDIATELY WHEN THEY GOT THERE WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND WHAT I HAD DONE AND THEY TRIED TO BLAME IT ON ME AND SAID THEY WERENT GOING TO FIX ANY OF IT AND I STILL GOT CHARGED. EVERYTHING WAS RUINED. I HAD TO HAVE THE GUY WHO WORKED ON MY HOUSE COME BACK AND RESAND MY CABINETS AND FINISH THEM AGAIN AND MY BRAND NEW COUNTER TOP AND SINK IS RUINED BECAUSE OF THEM. DONT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING CAUSE THEY WILL JUST BE RUDE AND LIE ABOUT IT ANYWAYS. ESPECIALLY ROB.

We are selling our home and our realtor suggested Tatro for an installation we needed. Without consulting us first, they arrived and began work. At one point, the unprepared plumber and his helper had to go to the local hardware store even though they arrived in a large work truck with parts. The services done were acceptable but the plumber and his helper left without giving us a chance to discuss the bill. A couple days later we were billed for more than twice the hours the plumber was actually here as well as for the transit time from their location and the time they wasted at the hardware store. Upon calling the company, the owner was immediately hostile and claimed he actually lowered the hours billed. When asked why doubled, he said two people meant twice the hours. He agreed to lower the double billed hours to still doubled but based on the actual time spent working. Once my realtor heard this, she contacted them and was also treated rudely when she explained if their reputation meant anything to them that they needed to reduce the billed hours to the actual hours the plumber worked. Not only did they refuse, they threatened that if we didn't pay immediately that they would return the charges to the previous and if we didn't pay that, they would take us to court. When I called them back I had to explain that they were committing fraud to which they responded, "Let the courts handle it, that's why they're there." It wasn't worth my time off work to take them to small claims court as I'd recover less than my pay for the day, but I wanted people to know their practices so they could make informed decisions themselves, since Tatro claims they're not concerned with their reputation.
