Description of Work: John Crosby and assistant Matt Stein came over to my house because my AC/Heat unit wasn't working. At first they found it was a bad relay on the board so they place a temporary one until one they ordered could come in. Once the new one came in they again came over and removed the temp. and place the new board. Awesome service.

+ 0 moreJust like I said it went very well it had a slight snag due to ordering a new part but he had a used part in his stock pile to use while the new part was being shipped. You can tell he cares because any other company wouldn't even have looked for had a used part on hand or in stock pile. We would have been without and A/C in 100 or above degree weather.
Description of Work: The guy who did the work was John Crosby, he was very professional and very good. He fixed the problem without a large amount of time going by. It was hot out and he had to climb up into the attic during the heat of the day. He said he would have to order the part but provided a part that was in his old parts to get us by until the new part came in.
