Got an appointment for 3 days after I received my newly purchased garbage disposal. Service was prompt, professional, friendly, and fast. Only took about 30-40 minutes to get the old disposal removed (which was on really tight); install the new one and make sure everything worked well with no leaks. And didn't mind a little friendly chatter while he worked. Good price for the installation - 2/3 of the cost was for the service call. Highly recommend.

They were very professional, timely and worked with our crazy schedules. The cost was reasonable and the service man was awesome. He had answers to my questions and was on time, clean, and friendly.

as I called The Appliance Shop last Friday, and the receptionist took my information and arranged for a service call on Monday. She indicated that they would give us a phone call on Monday before the technician arrived and give us enough time to be sure to be present when he arrived. On Monday I called back and asked if they could come as early as possible, given that we had some activities that would take us away from the house during the day. She arranged with the technician to make us his second stop for the day, so he was here by 9:30 a.m. When he arrived he dismantled the dryer and carefully checked all of the switches to make sure they were functional and not responsible for the problem. The last step was to check the power source, and he determined that the 220 receptacle was faulty and the reason for the problem. The dryer was fine, the power source unreliable. I indicated I would change out the receptacle on my own. The bill for the analysis was $53.26, a very reasonable price for exactly the information I needed. I changed out the receptacle and the dryer is back in business. Jeremy was professional and very capable. I was completely impressed with the punctuality and performance of the technician and the company. I'd definitely use them again based on this experience.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE 17 MILES 2 DAYS AFTER WE CALLED. THEY CAME OUT and FOUND A BOLT THAT HAD COME LOOSE and CAUSED THE BELT FALL OFF. REATTACHED ALL ABOVE and IT WORKS FINE NOW. THE DISH WASHER HAD SPRUNG A LEAK IN THE 2 DAYS SINCE WE HAD CALLED. I WAS NOT HOME, BUT MY WIFE STATES SHE ASKED IF HE COULD LOOK AT IT TOO WHILE HE WAS HERE, BUT HE SEEMED IN A HURRY TO GET TO THE NEXT JOB and DID NOT. GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER TRIP CHARGE TO HAVE THEM COME OUT TO FIX IT. PROBABLY OUR FAULT FOR ASSUMING THEY WOULD LOOK AT IT WHILE HERE FOR THE WASHER and WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED BEFORE THEY CAME OUT TO SCHEDULE IT AHEAD OF TIME. OTHERWISE, VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

Set the appointment early in the week. Was told he'd call a bit before coming over in the afternoon. Had a last-second hold-up at work, so I called them to let them know I'd be delayed - they thanked me, and said they'd make adjustments. Once I arrived home at the and quot;newand quot; time I had told them, I waited ten minutes - and Pete called. He was over minutes later. I explained what and quot;testsand quot; I had run. He began his own tests - and had it figured out: It wasn't the washer, but the draining system. Quick, friendly, efficient, punctual...I can't find a thing to complain about! I'm certainly not hoping for any of my appliances to have problems, but I now know who I'll call if I do have problems!

They do excellent fricken work. They back up everything they do. They do it right the first time. They do excellent work. They come all the out here and I am 27 miles west and 3 miles south. If they were a piece of sh*t, I would tell you. They guarantee their work and if anything goes wrong, even if it is not their fault they will replace it at no cost. I would put my reputation on it. I trust them enough to have one of my antiques on display in their store window. The price was boner smoken. I won't use anyone else. They are swamped all the time anyways, but if I can send more business there way, I will.
