Had them out to open the pool. The pool guy did not put the tube on fully, causing the pipe to burst off and the pump to run dry all night. Had them come out to check it over, the service tech tightened the pipe up and left without checking over the pump. Our vacuum continued to not run well, so tried calling the office and left a voicemail at the Manhattan office several times without getting a call back. Finally had to call the Topeka office, they said they haven't had anyone checking the voicemails, but they would send out a service tech to just check out the pump without charging so we could assess what we needed to pay. Sure enough, get a $140 bill for the visit and the guy claims he doesn't remember the call. This is a very poorly ran company that apparently can't input information into their computer to document what you call about or be bothered to have someone check their voicemail.

They do swimming pool and chimneys. We have been using them for two years. They are the only one locally. It's hard to get a hold of them. I call them but they don't return my calls. They did show up. They are good, just not responsive with the phone. They are very helpful once they get there. He even found a snake. He eats the mice so I let him stay.

They are the finest pool and spa place that I have ever found in Topeka. I have been using them for years and years at another house. Now they brought this new spa and installed it. I don't know if you could find finer people. Over the years we've had a big pool and a hot tub. Anytime anything has ever gone wrong I just go in there with my water or call and tell them what is wrong and they come right out and fix it. They are always there if my water is wrong. I can take it in and they test it and tell me immediately what I need to put in it. I put it in and everything is perfect. Their installation process is excellent for both pools and spas. They are clean, they come in and get the job done. They don't mess up anything. They came and took the fence down, rolled the hot tub in. There is not enough room to bring a truck up there. They had enough guys, they rolled it back there. They took the fence down and then they put the fence back up and said they were going to put some screws in it because that would be easier if the fence ever had to be taken down again. They were just fantastic.
