They recommended and used Sherwin Williams SuperPaint. Three years after it began to fade. Dan Sterbenz and a SW rep came out and side it was dirt on the paint. Now after 9 years (paint has a 25 years warranty against fading) the paint had faded so much that the previou color is bleeding through. After 3 months or promises from Dan Sterbenz to come out and look at it, he is a now show. After 3 months of having the manager of the Sherwin Williams store come out, he too is a now show. I finally called a SW rep myself who did come out but really down played the problem and the warranty. Sterbenz does great work but their follow up service is not existent. They will not support their work or the paint they use. My recommendation is to find a painting contractor who is cheaper, will stand behind their work, and will will follow through with the warranty on the paint they recommended and applied. Don't use Sterbenz.

They provided me the most thorough estimate, but it was substantionally higher than others I had received. The technician was very polite and thorough.

Exceptionally well. Careful and thorough preparation prior to painting, purchasing of top quality paints, careful masking of surrounding surfaces, good clean-up, prompt arrival and departure, good responsiveness to questions.
