+ -1 moreReceptionist responded to my email within 20 minutes, called to set appointment. Bill showed up less than 30 minutes later. Diagnosed the problem very quickly, located and purchased replacement part. Returned after purchasing the part and installed it quickly. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly service. There was less than 3 hours from initial contact to completion. Bill took time to educate me about the things that caused the problem and steps that can be taken to limit future problems. Great service!

Description of Work: Bill installed a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner for me after my 33 year old unit gave up during the height of summer heat. He showed up the same day we called him, and loaned us a window unit until he completed the new install 3-4 days later. Great equipment , quality installation, and he's a really nice guy. He also does wind power turbines. Give him a try!
