Service was performed in a quality manner. Crew cleaned up after themselves and raked the yard smooth where the trench had to be dug. Spent time with me, the homeowner, going over the operation of the generator and alarms and warnings. Provided all generator documentation I needed. Totally satisfied with installation, connection, and demonstration of the unit.

Contacted Shockwave Electric to install a whole house surge protector. They were recommended highly by our HOA property manager and had good reviews on Angies List. Based on email communication about the project details including that we would provide the whole house surge protector and circuit breaker, we agreed on a price and set a date for the install. On the date of install, Steve arrived promptly and was receptive to me looking over his shoulder since I was very interested in how the surge protector was to be installed. He took the time to answer all the questions that I had and spent only a few minutes installing the surge protector. He definitely knew what he was doing and it showed. When he left, I felt that the price may have been a bit high since he was only here for a really short time, but thinking about it, having the peace of mind that the work was done correctly and efficiently is well worth it. Now I am looking to add a surge protector for the cable (coaxial) line and definitely will have Shockwave Electric install it. Great experience overall!

Shockwave was able to send a person to repair our air conditioner thermostat wire the day we called. He was very professional and took care of our problem promptly.

Job was completed quickly and they showed up at the time stated. They also did a good job cleaning up after installing the new outlets in the drywall.

Greg and Steve did an outstanding job on the installation. They were well versed on the installation process. They are a Generac dealer so they went about in a professional way showing their knowledge to my every question. They came highly recommended by another Angie list top rated business and I was not dissatisfied. They are also a local family business where I always prefer to spend my money. I have no reservation in recommending Shockwave Electric

Although I did not use them this year, I plan on calling them back in Feb or March to install a generator

Shockwave Electric LLC have made two trips out to my building project. Another one is scheduled. I asked them for different types of quotes. I asked them for full service quote where they did everything. They also provided me a quote where they were willing to work with me on myself putting in certain aspects of the installation. I am positioning all of the electrical boxes for light switches and outlets, ceiling fans, cam lights and exhaust fans. All of those aspects I am installing myself and they are saving me approximately $3,000 off of the whole service price. They have done everything I have asked them to and redone things when necessary. We are 50 miles away from Topeka. Their willingness to come out of the greater Topeka area and service us has been greatly appreciated. I am also about 50 miles away from Kansas City, but I had a very hard time getting people from KC to come out. That was not the case with Shockwave.
