They never returned to check on dampness as promised. They didn't install the fans properly, I had to lift up the carpets myself over the next couple days and move the fans around. They didn't give me an estimate. The insurance company had authorized the work initially, but then denied the claim. So I was responsible but never agreed to the amount. I disputed the charges and tried to reach a settlement, but they sued me. I would never use these people again for water damage. Their charges are based on "insurance payment" rates, not fair market value. They spent about an hour at my home and plunked down a few fans and never returned, but charged me $1400. Ridiculous and if not criminal at least unethical business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Crew arrived promptly and did a good job. Pleasant and professional. Had concerns might damage a grate if removed as was under quarter-round base and asked how wanted it handled. Explained what they were going to do and made sure they did have good access to all the ducts. Very satisfied with job. I even checked some of the work I could access afterwards. Would use again. Price was clearly explained and adhered to.

They came in and worked very hard. I feel the service went above and beyond my expectations. And the service made a difference in our air quality of our home. I would recommend Servicemaster of Topeka to professionally accommodate your cleaning needs.

After much consideration I ended up using another carpet cleaning service.

The gentlemen were very professional and friendly. Also were able to work around the moving company that was still there. My only issue was ,that there were several stains that remained, and the high traffic areas were still dirty...I was not able to see this until after the carpet began to dry. for this reason I would not use this service again and woul not recommend them to friends.

I called after the initial cleaning because there was still too much dust being discharged through the air ducts. Service Master agreed to come back and clean the system again at no cost to me. The second time was successful. Based on their service and they way they handled this situation, I will use them again and updated my rating overall from B to A. .

They were on time and very friendly. Appeared very professional. We have area rugs that are from Turkey and they Advised us how best to clean them. We will be bringing our area rugs to them for sure but I appreciate their honesty.

This company was fabulous. They came quickly, helped so much by removing all of the destroyed carpeting, baseboards, and cut away lower sheetrock damaged by the water. They carefully bagged everything and hauled it all away. They sanitized everything the water had come into contact with and proceeded to bring in large blowers to dry all the floor and surrounding area. They were efficient, timely, informative and very professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They made a disastrous experience so much easier to deal with. There is nothing I see that they could have done differently. They were the most efficient and nice group of people to work with.
