Responded within 20 minutes of initial phone call to weekend call service. During the clean-out process it was determined that the 80+ year old clay sewer line had collapsed. Timm, provided an estimate of service for replacing a 15' sewer line and moving clean-out from the basement to the outside. Timm was very courteous and allowed us to ask several questions to make an informed decision.

Roto-Rooter made us a high priority, due to the backing up of sewage in the basement and inability to use plumbing for nearly three days. Timm, and his colleagues were prompt to arrive on Tues, 6/20/17, and allowed us to take pictures and ask questions throughout the process. They stayed within the $3,100 estimate. They were courteous and professional even though it was 95 degrees outside, no shade, and the sewage smell was overwhelming.

The service tech Casey was right on time, got the job completed quickly/correctly, and was very professional. I will definitely call this service provider again when needed.

Timm arrived in the amount of time I was quoted (1 hour) at approx 1 am after the storm subsided. He was able to clear the basement drain and he stayed till the water had drained. He was very knowledgeable and gave us clear and informative advice on how to prepare should this ever happen again. I know it's a lot of money but for the time of night to come out on a call like this, clear the basement, and, I believe his quick actions saved our appliances. Thank you!

I had a leak in my bathroom and it was pretty bad. The leak was coming from my hot water faucet bathtub. I called at 5Am and they were there by 7AM. I had already had the part and the person who I can't remember his name, used my part to change the faucet and charge me 250 dollars. I still had to have some else redo the work because he did not do it right ( It still leak) and I was told that if he comes back out it will be a extra charge and the work was not guaranteed because he used my parts, When I spoke to the manger and told her I will be writing a bad review on Angie?s list she told me that they don?t subscribe to them anyways.

Extremely professional. Quickly performed original service call and then took care of the additional problem we had which we hadn't mentioned. Saved us money. Tim was a super technician and very caring handling our problems. Highly recommended as people you can trust!

Chris was friendly, professional as well as helpful. Gave me information in lay terms so I could make a decision based on budget & most immediate needs. Gave suggestions for what will most likely be needed in future & will send someone out to make an estimate. I didn't feel pressured into anything; feel more confident in what needs to be done now and in the future to prevent a recurrence. Will definitely request Chris the next time - Great employee!

When Kevin arrived at my house and inspected the sink he first thought it was the supply line. While installing the new lines he realized that the faucet needed replaced. He replaced the faucet and after completing the job he realized the new faucet was defective. He was able to come the next day and finish the job installing the new faucet. The customer service was impeccable. I would not hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again.

Rocky start due to employment issues I was told, but once everything was scheduled, smooth finish. We had a problem with our sewer being on the end of a city run, so when the city got a block, all the neighborhood sewage entered our basement. We were unsure how exactly to fix this problem, so we had them come out and consult. The first plumber installed the sump, did it quick and it works. The second plumber was great. He informed us of what we needed to fix the problem we were having and told us from the start what their bid included and didn't include (ie we needed to redo our own landscaping). Once we scheduled it, they were very good at communicating any schedule changes. We watched most of the install, and they were very professional, friendly and honest. They did a great job cleaning up, and did their best to minimize post-install landscaping work. We would use them again.

We had a big problem with a sewer backup causing a toilet to overflow and flow down through the floor to the finished basement. RotoRooter came out within an hour even though it was Memorial Day. Technician Chris Blackburn was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us an initial quote and then found that it would take more time and equipment to do the job right so gave us another quote of what it would take to get the job done. He explained what was happening and the process he was going through to resolve the problem. He cleaned up his mess and made sure everything was working right before he left.

My kitchen sink would not drain on all days Halloween! I had guests coming over and the first company I called were not able to come that day. Called Roto-Rooter and they were there in about an hour! Tim the serviceman tried and tried to unblock the line, but it was to blocked. Decision was made to replace the line ( cast iron to PVC ) aprox. 35 feet. Were there the next day as promised, and had everything done and cleaned up within 3 hours. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

Tim is a smart, young fellow that really knows his job. He is the first plumber, out of three in the last year, that made a diagnosis. He was a little expensive. However, he did spend approximately an hour and half working on the issues.

Great...he was on time, took time to explain everything to me & did a good job.

The drain in our basement floor backed up on a Sunday morning. A call to Roto-Rooter that morning brought a quick call back and a service person within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I had no idea what we should have been charged for this service, but I thought the price was reasonable.

They repaired my shower faucet when another vendor left with the job unfinished.
