Two years ago we had a new roof put on our home. This spring the snow melted and we discovered leaks around the windows, ceilings in two bedrooms, and around light fixtures. Although the roofing company was contacted many times and more leaks developed, they never did the warranty work. One day my husband saw a roofer a few blocks away and asked him to stop by. He was appalled at the damage we sustained and offered to help. The weather service was forecasting storms that night and Ron Bailey and his crew came after work and put tarps on our roof so no further leakage would happen and he could assess the extent of the damage. Repairs have now been made, flashing put on correctly, the interior restored, and we have no more leaks.
Description of Work: Repaired vent and pipe flashings, rotted wood around windows, repaired and painted ceilings, walls affected by leaking roof.
