Work was completed quickly with excellent results. We could not be more pleased.

All projects they have done have gone were positive experiences.

How did it go???? It went great, Ryan and his crew busted out and finished all the remodel within the first window. I was only expecting 6 or 7 to be finished, he finished them all. Ryan also had ideas on how to save us money and we incorporated those into the project. We can't wait to remodel the next set of bathrooms, Passow Remodeling will be our go to team.

Very well. We were very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism, the respectfulness of all the workers. Definitely would use them again, and would highly recommend them.

Passow Remodeling has been wonderful to work with during our bath remodel. Ryan Passow and his craftsmen are conscientious, courteous, and very talented. We appreciated the phone calls to affirm their arrival, who would be coming, and what they would do each day. Brian and Teddy solved our problems with a wavy floor and bowed walls to lay our plank tiles precisely and perfectly. John hung doors and Tom and Brian made sure everything was exactly level and correct. Our home is almost forty years old, so things have settled and twisted. It’s a lot bigger job with more tweaking to get tiles, doors, etc. to work. They were also so kind to our Project Supervisor, all 13 lbs. of her dog-self. I would definitely recommend Passow Remodeling for any job: big or small. Their trucks brag that they provide worry-free remodeling; and, it’s true!

Ryan came in, listened to what we wanted and wasted no time getting started once we said ok.. ONLY money requested up front was the cost of materials. Which was understandable as we did a FULL Onyx shower. The guys (Brian and Teddy) were super professional and Knowledgeable. Brian even gave additional recommendations on how to make it better...Ryan (owner) was here SEVERAL times throughout the remodel. The guys kept us up to date every step of the way. When project was complete they cleaned to ready to use condition..I have a hot tub room attached to the bathroom that got super dirty from the construction. They washed down all walls and left it like it was before they started..

professional job, prompt, did everything well. Passow Remodeling has some astounding customer service!! I needed to touch up the ceiling that they had removed popcorn and painted a few years ago for me, but I could not for the life of me find a paint that matched. One phone call to them, and Ryan not only figured out which paint it was, but he also managed to find it for me (it has been discontinued) and gave me enough paint to do my touch-up. I don't know about anyone else, but I have not had customer service like this for years!!! They did not have to do anything, but they went out of their way to make it right for me. Thank you to everyone at Passow Remodeling for bailing me out and making my life so much easier. You will never know how much I appreciate your help!!!

Very well. The employees are excellent craftsmen and did an outstanding job.

Very well. The roof is extremely steep with towers and multiple angles. They did an excellent job both installing and cleaning up. The new gutters work very well as the old ones were not working well.

Everything went well. They got our input along the way with details such as whether we wanted to grout the tile and what color. There were special limitations on what tile we could use in our sunroom and they made sure the instruct us on what we needed to get. They were very precise and professional when laying the tile to ensure straight lines. The arch in our kitchen looked better after they were done then before it got damaged by water. The trim around our front door is curved with stucco next to it. We were worried the stucco would get damaged but there were not problems and it looked great. The price was reasonable, the job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. We've already hired them to do additional work and have recommended them to some friends.

The main problem is with the billing. I signed a proposal for the project and he gave me a piece of paper saying that any changes to the proposal or quote would be given to me in writing and that I would have the chance to approve first before any changes were made. I also verified with him verbally about this. Throughout the course of the project I didn't get one change order request. I also asked for them to give me change orders on certain things in writing and never received them. He was always already in the house before we found out about some of the changes. With the electrical work, I didn't have any idea that there was an increase in the bill until i got it. It was $3500 more than the quote. When I asked him about this he said we had a lot of extras, to which I said that I never approved of any extras, so it was done without my approval. There was a billing issue with the flooring as well. To refinish our floors, he quoted $2.50 per square foot and it ended up being roughly $450 more than what $2.50/sq. foot would've been. He also quoted $450 for new flooring in the dining room that originally had carpet. I thought that was such a low price and agreed to put in new flooring only if it was going to be for the amount of $450. I verified that verbally with him three times and he assured me. Afterwards, he charged me $1170.00 and told me the price to install new flooring would never be that low and verified that with the flooring subcontractor as well. They said the materials alone would've been that much. I was just disappointed because he assured me of the cost and that was the only reason I agreed to do it. Another issue was with the kitchen back splash. I had purchased it through a tiling company and wanted them to be the ones to install the back splash. He ended up doing it himself and charged $1000 more than what the company would've charged me. Also, I ended up having an extra box of tile left and because this project took too long to complete, the tile company couldn't accept the leftover tile, so now I am left with a box of tile that I don't need and no reimbursement. Also, I think it is important to note that my garage door was left disengaged numerous times and I had no idea how long it was left like that and it had to have happened from this company or the subcontractors that were at my home. Overall, I ended up paying $5,033.00 more than the original proposal and was told that any changes made to the proposal would be given to me in writing with the opportunity to approve before any changes are actually made. I was never given anything in writing and all changes and extra costs were done without any approval from me. That is not the right way to do business. I am happy with the quality of the work that was done due to what guests and people who have seen the work have said, so I am happy for that, but am very disappointed in the billing and the way it was handled.

It was fine. Overall the company sucks. The sub contractors were ok. The actual guy Ryan Passow I would rate as a D. It was primarily errors that we re made on his part, first with the estimate, then the contract, and we talked about it and went with it. Then he made errors on installs and things that we had already addressed. It was like not listening to what we were trying to say. If there are issues with him not being knowledgeable with permits about building codes in certain areas. He would have to look it up and then not get back to me. Make sure what he is recommending is up to code. At times, he has some anger issues. He was less verbally angry when my husband was there; when it was just me and my kids he would be more loud and belligerent. His price as reasonable, not the lowest and not the highest.

The service was for my Mother, she was pleased with the work overall. They did exactly what they said, and no more which was little frustrating, overall however they did a great job and I would use them again.

Work was top-notch, with the exception of the subcontractor they used for floors (Skilled Saws), who did mediocre work. Passow is not cheap, and project schedule dragged out exceptionally long. Project management could have been better - it was not clear what stage things were in, when things needed to happen, and when information was needed (for example, we were not clear on when certain fixtures needed to be purchased, or even that it was expected that we as homeowners would be purchasing them until the workers told us). There was some confusion about some of the details of the project. However, in the end, the work was very well done and everything was worked out satisfactorily. Workers were courteous, professional, and did not leave things a trashed mess even during deconstruction. If you can afford them, I'd recommend them.

Chris was great to work with. He listened to our request and found the material and the style of flooring and rails we were looking for. He even had us go to a home improvement store to choose the color and so we could see the materials to be used. The work crew who came over were the nicest guys and worked quickly to get the job done. From the first time we met Chris we felt confident in his ability to complete the job and one could tell he takes pride in doing the right thing. He kept us informed about when to expect the job to be scheduled and checked the final finished porch to ensure we were satisfied with the work. They were not the cheapest estimate we got but we felt Chris was sensitive to the needs of an old home and would complete the job to make it look like part of the original design. We plan to use this company for other remodeling.

They did a very nice job. The deck looks better than the picture I supplied as an example. We bought our own post end caps thinking we would install them ourselves but we needed tools for the installation that we didn't have. They came back, even after we had paid the bill, to install them for us at no additional cost.

I never felt like it was like really designing my bathroom. I kind of felt like it was a waste because I could have gotten a free estimate. He sent me an estimate of how much it would cost but I guess I was expecting him to say here's how we can rearrange things and do things and put it down in a drawing and that never happened. I got two other bids and he was the highest. He gave me some ideas that I haven't thought about before. I felt like he gave me an estimate which I think I could have called him to come out and give me an estimate and what I got is exactly what an estimate was, it wasn't a design. As I recall, he showed up on time. I thought he was professional.

It went well. My only concern was that once in a while, some of the guys were pulled away to other jobs, which put individuals behind on our job. Scheduling multiple workers seemed to be an issue. However, someone was at our house working every weekday for 5 weeks. They followed up on some details that needed to be remedied very promptly.
