He was very responsive and professional. If I decided to go through with the project he would definitely be the one I would hire. He came out the day after being called but I had decided due to no fault of his own to not do the project yet.

It can be pricey sometimes depending on the issue. We are very competitive with our pricing for the overhead provided. Sometimes we can get the job done quickly because we are experienced, prepared and have good tools to get the job done efficiently. Our work truck is fully stocked and organized for us to be prepared and ready for any plumbing task. There is more time involved than what time we have at your home and overhead cost that go with the service provided than people understand. Unless you are running a professional plumbing company. Tools, equipment, work trucks, fuel, insurances, continuing education, licenses, etc, ect, and the list goes on and on. We are not a handyman shop running out of the back of a pickup truck. You are getting a prepared licensed master plumber with years of experience to your home. It's not cheap! I am glad you are happy with the work we did at your home and we hope to continue doing work for you! Thanks again for your business and for the good review! We appreciate very much!!!

On time. Explained the work and possible extras if it didn't go as planned. Billed me for less than the initial "best case " quote. Very friendly. Would reccomend.

He couldn't get to it for a couple of days but when he did it was business as usual professional friendly and very precise. He explained everything that he was going to do and how much it was going to cost before he ever started doing the project.
Description of Work: He replace the broken pipe under the bathroom sink. I cleaned out the drain under the bathroom sink. And he replace the the spigot in the bathtub.

It went great! Jamie worked me in to his schedule same day. I developed a leak in our old unit and had no hot water on a 25 deg day. With his great service I was able to get hot water again. I would recommend O'Harras plumbing to anyone needing quality service.

The manner of the plumber and the completion of the task were both impeccable.
Description of Work: Replaced faucets in a powder room. Replaced faucets and complete shower set up in master bath. Some additional work was required involving cutting some pipes. I cannot recreate the details.

Identified and fixed the problem in lickety split time. Every time we have used O'Harra's, this has been our experience: rapid response, efficient repair, and exceptional professionalism, along with great customer service. Jamie really does a fine job.....we wouldn't use anyone else now.
Description of Work: Previously had installed a soft water.....this time came because residual build-up had clogged the faucets.

It went very well. No problems and he also helped with contacts for other services. My husband and I are both disabled and this was a very big help. We are very pleased with, O'Harra's Complete Plumbing Service. He went out of his way to get us the best deal there is. He made sure that we were happy with everything he did. He will be are permanent plumber for now on!
Description of Work: He remodeled our bathroom and replaced our kitchen instant hot water heater and also replaced all outside faucets.
