When we first met with Neville he was prompt in arriving at our home. He was very professional in discussing our problem and the solution. He was very knowledgeable about masonry construction. While performing the work he informed us when he would be working and kept us informed during the project which required the installation of a new concrete footing. He did everything that he promised and the result is beautiful. He cleaned up at the end of each day and thoroughly at the end of the job. We couldn't be happier.

Built "paver" steps from patio up to deck level. This included installing the pavers on a 10' radius curve as well as on two straight sections of the deck. Mr. Haynes did a marvelous job and we were well pleased with his work and the quickness with which he accomplished the job. It is a beautiful piece of masonry and we are very proud of it.

I called the number on a Tuesday. Neville answered and told me he was out of town and would call me on Thursday. He called me on Friday and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. On that Tuesday, he did not show up. I called him, which I normally wouldn't do, but everyone deserves a second chance. He told me "someone" in my city cancelled and he thought it was me. I told him it wasn't me and we rescheduled for Wednesday. He showed up almost 15 minutes late with no phone call. He asked me what I wanted done and I told him the problem I was having and that I thought tuckpointing might be the answer and what did he think. He said he didn't know. Then he proceeded to tell me all the reasons he didn't think it it would work (the way it would look, getting mortar to stick, etc). He said "that's the way dry stack is." I have received 2 other bids that told me otherwise. He did nothing to sell me on his services. Never even gave me a business card. He didn't look around or even move from my porch. I told him if he couldn't help me, I was sorry I wasted his time. He said no problem and we parted ways.

Neville responded to my request for a bid promptly and in writing. Once I agreed to the bid, he provided proof of insurance and went right to work scheduling and completing the work within a week. His work turned out very nice and he cleaned up after himself.

Mr Haynes was very prompt in returning our call and arrived at the scheduled time to look at our project. Although we did choose a different company that had a lower quote, Mr Haynes seemed knowledgeable and had a professional manner.

Neville responded promptly to our initial contact with a written bid, which was very competitive with the other bids. He started work the day after we accepted the bid and worked every day (weather permitting) until the job was done (which took approximately five days). He was pleasant and professional in his interactions, and did an excellent job with our brickwork. He caulked the cracks in our concrete driveway at no extra charge. Overall, he delivered even more than he promised. Before and after pictures:

Neville promptly returned my initial call. He bid the project the same day. I was emailed a confirmation bid the next day. He began work the day after that and worked everyday until completed. Wall looks excellent. Met my expectations completely. I would recommend and I plan to use his masonry services in the future.

Neville was a very nice gentlemen. Responded immediately to my request for a bid. He was willing to look for matches of existing stone already on the front of my house prior to signing a contract. The one thing I would have liked was a bid in writing. I met with Neville in person and he verbally gave me his bid. The only reason I decided not to use this company was because I decided I would not spend the extra money on stone work which was merely for eye appeal. I will have this company back to bid on some stone work on the interior of my house (fireplace) in the near future.

Neville was great. He provided us with a quote, (the most thorough one we got), provided us with his insurance info, gave us a contract and literally started right away. He worked hard and the work was done very quickly. We were blown away with how fast he worked as well as the quality of the work that was done. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Neville!

I was very happy with the work Neville performed. He was clear about what needed to be done, and gave suggestions about how to prevent future damage or problems. He was precise in his estimate and worked exactly in the time line he predicted. He was friendly and is very skillful at his work. I would definitely hire him again if the need arises.

It was great! Mr. Haynes provided a prompt estimate and was happy to communicate with me by both phone and by text (my preferred method). He answered all my questions about how the repair would be done. Once I decided to use him, he was able to schedule the work within a couple days. He showed up at the scheduled time, did the work well, was very friendly and cleaned up after himself. He even did some extra things like seal some cracks without my asking. Mr. Haynes was great to work with and I will use him again.

Again he handled everything from design to securing the materials (that matched our home) and then completed all of the installation himself. He started and completed the job when he had promised and kept a very clean work site and was a pleasure to have around.

This project was an addition onto a previous project Neville did for me. I explained what I wanted and Neville took it from there. The project turned out very nice...as expected.

The project was a complete success and we have enjoyed the outdoor living space all year round. Neville is a hard worker and completes jobs as expeditiously as possible.
