+ 0 moreBill made several visits to our home before he began constructing to measure and remeasure, and to check for level. He kept us in the loop on all phases of the construction process. We were always impressed by his punctuality. He showed up on time for each of our meetings. We were comfortable allowing him to finish the project while we were gone on vacation and were totally amazed at how beautiful it appeared when we arrived home.
Description of Work: Bill Roene erected a wrought iron railing on our front porch and steps. It was not an easy project since the porch was not level, however, Bill's work was precisely what we had envisioned and what he said he would deliver, even more.

+ 0 moreThe door is beautiful and functional at keeping my dog where I want her to be. Mr. Roenne is a pleasure to work with. He wants you to be satisfied with his work, and will do whatever that takes.
Description of Work: Mr. Roenne made and installed a custom door inside my house to keep my hunting dog in the laundry room and out of the kitchen.

+ 0 moreWonderfully! Bill designed the railing and checked with us every step of the way on design elements. He made probably six trips from Topeka to Lawrence checking the design and measuring "just to be sure". Our steps had an unexpected slope which Bill corrected for with the design. He was able to incorporate a gate to access our front flower bed and garden hose connections into the design as well.
Description of Work: We needed a railing on our front porch and steps.
