Latta Whitlow is my go-to business for problems with my HVAC system. This time my furnace died, without giving notice. Latta Whitlow came out promptly, reviewed options with me, answered questions patiently and installed the furnace I chose in an expeditious manner.

For them to check the A/C in the spring and furnace in the fall it is $169. I would give them A's for everything. I would use them again. We use them every year and they do a very throughout job.

They did great, that is why we keep having them.

Went very well. The technician spent over an hour doing a reivew of the system and went over the results of the inspection and explained ongoing maintenance recommendations in terms I could understand. Very pleased with their service.

When the representative came out to give me a bid, he was very professional and explained in detail the different types of furnaces and air conditioners that the company offered and what would best fit my needs. When it came time to do the work, the installers arrived promptly. They were very polite and professional. The work was completed in an efficient manner and they cleaned up after themselves. They showed me how to operate the units and answered all my questions. I had to have them come back a few days later when I discovered the humidifier was leaking. Again, the workman arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly. I have since had them come out to check on the air conditioner since it was wintertime when these units were installed. There was no charge for the visit. I have been extremely satisfed with Latta-Whitlow and would recommend them highly to anyone.
