I got four estimates and Keating was on the low side because they werent preforming water proofing on the foundation, I didnt really need it. Keating was a bit more professional in their initial contact showing and discussing the problems.Keating started the jobs a few weeks after I accecpted the bid, this time period was quicker than the other companies estimates by months. The job took 3 days and they showed up on time and left on time every day. There was not alot of noise from the drilling and 4 of the pier holes had to be dug by hand. They had at about 6 guys on the job each day and.they let me know what was going on including watching as the southeast side was lifted some 2 inches to correct the problem. Good group of guys all business. I was happy with the job they performed.

The grade work for the window well was not done, as they changed their mind after estimate and said they couldn't do it. The boss did the estimate, but two younger guys did the work and said the window well grade work couldn't be done. Don't know if it was a lack of communication on my part with what I wanted done, or not.

They managed to do this big job with minimal disruption to the flowerbeds surrounding the pool. They did a great job of cleanup afterwards and despite some pretty serious issues with the direction the deck had drifted, they got it back in line.

Our daughter was very satisfied. She said that the price was competitive. They came relatively quickly and did the work in a timely fashion.

I received quote very quickly and job was completed sooner than anticipated. All workers were very professional and nice.

It did take a while for them to get around to us, but once they did they moved quickly and professionally. They explained their plan in detail. I don't know what happened to the reviewer in October, but at my house I knew when they were coming. They carefully stacked my concrete landscaping blocks and even worked around my raised garden beds (by going onto my neighbors' yard--with permission). When the job was finished, they put my chainlink fence back up and even fixed my gate, which wasn't hanging properly. As far as the workmanship goes, even my EXTREMELY particular husband was happy with it, which is really saying something.

Gave me no notice, digging up plants, shrubs and trees and tossing away. Did not bring the garage floor up to the level requested (and it has sunk since). When they were unable or unwilling to mudjack the back porch, applied a coat of concrete (which has since cracked) to make it level. Concrete drive quickly cracked and eroded. Damaged new guttering and siding with equipment and did not repair. Did not finish the job, ruined the landscaping and left a littered mess of concrete and rocks for a lawn. All in all they did very unsatifactory work, did not complete the job and left the garage, driveway and lawn in ruins. I totally regret paying the bill with their promose to return and finish.

I contacted several local companies for bids to do the work and selected Keating as the one that best fit what I needed. Eric visited my home to evaluate the situation and suggest the best way to proceed. He recommended a less expensive solution although he also submitted (at my request) a bid for more comprehensive plan. After reviewing the bids and Eric's suggestion, I decided to go with his (less expensive) option. I agreed that I didn't need to install piers under the porch and planter since they were not sinking, but I did want to stop the settling of the fill dirt. I signed and returned the bid and in a few days, the work crew arrived. They drilled several holes in the concrete porch and injected slurry into the void, watching until they saw it coming out the other holes to be sure that it was full. They also injected slurry under the stone planter attached to front of the house. The entire process took four or five hours. I got an invoice in several days for the bid amount and paid by check.
