Description of Work: Truck was backed up to garage. As old shingles were slid into truck, outdoor light under eave was damaged.

Description of Work: Roof replacement, siding replacement, exterior paint, garage and entry door replacement, fence replacement (pending). Very responsive service, handled all the adjustments with the insurance company. Work quality very good. Will update when fence is finished.

Description of Work: They came and provided a professional evaluation and estimate to do some minor roof repairs to an asphalt shingle roof. I accepted their bid and notified them. It took several months to actually get the work done. I was told my work order was misplaced and they apologized for the delay. When they finally came, no one on the crew could speak English. I could not assist in explaining the problems to the crew. Two guys worked for several hours and then vanished. We then entered an extended period of dry weather. When we started getting moisture in late fall and winter, I discovered multiple leaks that resulted in damaged areas in the ceiling of a bedroom right under where they worked. I started calling Faith in January. I could not get a return call. I was finally told I would be contacted by a Don. Never heard a word from anyone. I had two other roofing companies take a look at both reported inferior work with gaps in the valleys and separated seams in the roofing materials. I reported this to Faith and again was promised a return call. Again, never heard from anyone. I have recently hired another roofer to re-do the area in questions. So far, we have had several huge rains and there are no more problems. I am extremely disappointed in both the lack of professionalism as well as the inferior quality work.

Description of Work: An estimator came in June and noted the damages,but said they would not do the work because of asbestos tile shingles. About 6 weeks later I got a call from the company that the person was no longer with them and they would send someone else. Two guys with Texas license plates showed up and wrote out an estimate and were willing to work on asbestos tile. I wanted to give business locally, but was not so sure this was the case. They were not the low bidder.

Description of Work: Update 08/03/2011 to the original entry listed below: Upon reading my review, the company has followed up with me. Our work needs have changed (we've decided to go only with a repair instead of shingle overlay or replacement) and the company has been willing to work with us regarding our modified (and much reduced) work plan. I am happy and impressed that the company has taken the initiative to correct prior misunderstandings and is willing to work with us. I am looking forward to seeing their work. Original entry: The company arrived when they said they would (actually they were a little early, which was great) and they appeared knowledgeable. However, communication and responsiveness seemed to be lacking. I asked the contractor for some specific estimates (I own a town-home and I wanted a separate estimate for a small section of the roof that I share with my neighbor so that we could split the costs), even after 3 reminders (two verbal, one email) I never received that estimate. I did receive a full estimate for a roof replacement for my side of the town-home, but even after asking the company on two separate occasions for a modified estimate (I was interested in an shingle overlay layer instead of a complete replacement), I never heard back from the company. I have no idea how their work would have been, they never bothered working with me on what I wanted for my roof.

Description of Work: A request for a roofing replacement quote was entered on line. We heard nothing for about 2 weeks. Then we got 2 phone calls from different people in the company with neither seemingly aware the other was calling. A meeting was set up for 3 p.m. even though I had requested an evening meeting when applying online. 2 people arrived at our house at the 3 p.m. time without either seeming to be aware the other was coming. We then waited another 2 weeks and finally received a letter in the form of a contract with a price quote of $0. It included a report on the condition of our roof. I contacted the representative signing the report, and he stated that he had been informed that we just wanted our roof inspected. This contact was on 6/16. I informed him that we were wanting our roof replaced and were requesting a quote. He assured me that he would work up an estimate, and promised to have it to us by 6/18, and at the very latest 6/20. We have heard nothing further from anyone in the company. I can make no comment on the quality of their work, but we will definitely use someone else.

Description of Work: We contacted Faith Roofing for a bid on a new roof after a recent hail storm.

Description of Work: Removed the old roofing and installed new roofing. Cleaned up all associated debris.

Description of Work: They did a complete new remove. Removed cedar shakes and put down a composite material.
