Description of Work: just an estimate for panel replacement.

Description of Work: We needed an electrical upgrade for our house. Our electrical panel was a 100 amp service with no openings for new breakers. We wanted to install a new wall oven but our electrical service in the house would not support it. They did an excellent job upgrading our electrical service. They showed us what needed to be done and what things are necessary to do verses nice to have.

Description of Work: Excellent, timely service.

Description of Work: Fixed dishwasher that had been incompetently installed by provider (Best Buy). It needed rollers for both top and bottom racks, but 6 were missing. We might buy something at Best Buy again, but not an appliance that needed installation!

Description of Work: They gave an estimate, an estimate that was $1700 higher than I paid to have the job done by another electrician. They were polite and knowledgeable, but way over priced.

Description of Work: Greenwave Electric replaced two light fixtures in our family room.

Description of Work: The came out to troubleshoot when half the power went out of our house. They also installed an outside fixture and fixed outside lamppost. They also rewired the garbage disposal that had been incorrectly installed by a different company.

Description of Work: We had GreenWave Electric replace a hanging light in our entryway, which was approximately 20 foot high. We needed the new light hung lower so we could pull it over to our overlook to change light bulbs.

Description of Work: We contacted them for an estimate on providing electrical to our above ground pool. They returned my calls immediately and explained to me that they would come out and provide an estimate and it would cost $50.00, then if we had them do the work, the $50 would be deducted from our final payment. They provided everything to us in writing and they were professional and punctual. I will call them when we need more electrical work done.

Description of Work: Greenwave installed a breaker and outlet for an electric stove in our basement.

Description of Work: Company replaced an electrical panel and installed plug on dedicated circuit so we could have over the range microwave installed.

Description of Work: I had issues with suspended lighting in my kitchen which turned out to be a faulty switch and structural issues with the fixtures that Greenwave correctly diagnosed and fixed.

Description of Work: I had a ceiling fan that didn't work. I tried several things before I decided to call an electrician. I usually use another company but I figured I'd search Angie's List to try another company. I found Greenwave and gave them a call. I also wanted another electrical socket installed. The electrician was on time. He evaluated the situation and determined that a wire had broken somewhere between the switch and the fan. Not a good thing considering it was a vaulted ceiling with no attic. He determined the best course of action was to switch the old hot wire with a wire that was not being used. Once he did that, everything worked fine. And he did not have to install another electrical outlet - come to find out, all I needed was a longer screw to hold the faceplate on (the alarm company installed my alarm and needed two sockets - the problem was that the power supplies had the large "cubes" at the end and both had to fit in the outlet - and they used the fastening screw as a ground - but in doing so, neither power supply was being held firmly). So he went and got a longer screw. It was one of those situations where one slaps their head and says "I should have thought of that." Of course, I didn't. So - Greenwave saved me a lot of time and money by not selling me things I didn't need and quickly determining the problems and fixing them.

Description of Work: I called one afternoon, the technician was here early the next morning. He was very professional. Asked what I needed him to do. I wanted all the wall plugs changed from two prong to three prong plugs and light swithes to the newer type. He worked diligently until they were finished. He was very neat and caused no messes. I am very pleased with both his professionalism and his work.

Description of Work: Called this company 2 to 3 times requesting an estimate (they charge $29.00). I was told twice that they would call me back and make an appointment. I have never heard one word back from them. I called them because of their good rating on Angie's List and the BBB. I would never call them again.

Description of Work: Was having electrical problems @ residence; several rooms w/o power, couldn't figure it out on our own.

Description of Work: They came out on the same day I called them to evaluate the problem. They put a temporary fix on the light fixture so that the other light on the system could work without danger. They made an appointment to come back on Monday at my convenience and returned on the dot of the agreed time. I had to have time to go get the fixture replacements. They installed 2 new light fixtures in less than half an hour.

Description of Work: We had updated wall outlets and light switches installed in our 1940's home.

Description of Work: Ryan was the main electrician at our house. He updated our electrical in the house by adding boxes above fixtures, adding a light switch and fixture and "prettying up" our breaker box. We also had an exterior light fixed. Our home is in a historic area of town and we have been updating the electrical as we go. I think there were three electricians at the house in order to get the work done quickly. They were all good.
