Everyone we spoke with was polite and professional. The quote was accurate. Onsite, everyone communicated what was needed and the work is beautiful. I am amazed at what they accomplished with all the rain this year. Excellent customer service. We are very satisfied.

If I had the option to choose "A+" for each of the categories above I would have done so. Josh and James Barr were excellent to work with - knowledgeable, professional, communicative, responsive - but most of all they are clearly individuals of high integrity who take pride in providing excellence in all aspects of their business. Josh and James made a BIG job go smoothly and efficiently. Their insistence on quality shows when looking at the finished house. James stayed late, and made repeated trips to get things perfect. Their bid was the best I got. In addition to that they promised more for that money than others offered for more money! For instance, sealing all the flaking paint, and two coats of both trim and body paint. The house looks great, I have no doubt that it'll be years before I'll need to paint again. b

very well. I had a detailed quote from Graystone Painting within 2 days of contacting them. Once we determined they would be doing the work, we were on the schedule. Painting began on schedule and they were done on-time. Crew was VERY professional, TOP quality, and courteous. We were also having a new deck installed at the same time they were painting. They took great care to ensure we got no paint splatters on the new deck and worked with the construction crew. Within 2 hours of being done, one of the owners stopped by to do a walk-around and make sure we were satisfied. They also returned a couple of days later to ensure satisfaction. Customer Service is top notch! We will be reaching out to them again for interior OR exterior painting.

Contacted to get an estimate for deck repair and stain. Fast initial response, but quickly went downhill afterwards. Scheduled estimate to occur when someone would be home, but apparently they showed at a different date/time. Had to call them to see if they were a no show or just slow with the estimate. Was told someone had been out and I’d have the estimate in a few hours. That was the last we heard from them - no estimate and no follow up.

They were prompt, very professional, did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. I’ve recommended them to other people and I would use them again anytime If I ever needed more painting.
