We were building in Tonganoxie and Dan Bratcher came out many of times to meet with my contractor, framer, and even the plumbers all to make sure that they were building a quality roof. Giving us different options not just trying to push the most expensive. Building a home is the most stressful experience that I have been through and Expert Roofing was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend Expert Roofing to all of my friends and family.
Description of Work: Dan Bratcher came out to my build site and went over many options for my roof. We went over different vent options to help out with my home efficiency which was very important to me. He explained the different type of materials that was available. Since my husband and I didn't know anything about building we were so surprised how Dan went above and beyond to go over different aspects of our build. We were confident with our contractor, but it was nice to have a 2nd opinion and give us some helpful hints. Like how to increase drainage with moving the valley's on the roof and increasing our soffit vents around our house with a ridge vent to help pull out the hot air in the summer and let our home "breath".

+ -1 moreSept 2012 - removed roof & guttering & replaced w/ Malarkey Roofing. Oct 2012 roofing was defective. 4-1-13 Malarkey arrived to inspect. Agreed roofing was defective.
Description of Work: Re-roofed, warranty. Removed defective roof & replaced roof installed Sept 2012. Manufacturer's defect.

+ -1 moreOverall, I had to call another company to fix Expert's mistake. It cost me about $700.00 to pay for his mistake.
Description of Work: Put wrong materials on my house at an up-charge. I found out my whole house fan wouldn't work and called the owner, he acted as though I was at fault. The product manufacturer called him to tell him he was wrong. he finally admitted it , but never did fix his mistake even for a charge. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Our commercial systems include TPO and EPDM systems, tapered insulation systems to provide proper drainage, and the old "hot tar" systems using modified asphalt membranes.
The only hail damage we don't repair is that done to your car ... sorry!
