+ -1 moreThey definitely are knowledgeable about pools and how to balance the chemicals. They open and close my pool for me. They are pretty expensive but it's probably the nature of the beast

Description of Work: We purchased an Artic Spa from DeVaders and have been very pleased. Two weeks ago ths system stopped working. DeVaders sent servicemen to repair the unjit. Then heater had failed. They replaced the heater with out charge.

+ -1 moreLOOKED AT THEIR HOT TUBS ON 1 DAY. ED DID A VERY GOOD JOB (BETTER THAN THE OTHER 2 PLACES I HAD WENT TOO BEFORE) OF EXPLAINING WHAT TO LOOK FOR & HOW HIS DIFFER FROM THE COMPETITION. I TOLD HIM I WOULD DISCUSS IT WITH MY WIFE. WE RECEIVED A NOTE IN THE MAIL THE NEXT DAY TELLING US HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER IN CASE WE HAD ANY MORE QUESTIONS. WE CHOSE TO BUY OUR HOT TUB FROM DEVADER'S & IT HAS BEEN GREAT THROUGHOUT THE WALK THROUGH THE DOOR TO THE INSTALLATION! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
