The service tech was conscientious and professional with his attitude and level of performing the necessary tasks.

When the installer for our new granite counters and undermount sink came to make the template, he told us our sink drain was too high for the new deeper sink and we would need to have a plumber come out to lower the drain. We asked my daughter's friend, who works for a home builder, for some advice and he suggested calling D & J Plumbing. When I spoke to Dave on the phone, he came out right away to look at the area and explained what he would need to do. He said the cost would be dependent on what he found when he opened the back of the undersink cabinet, but would probably be about $350. We agreed for him to do the work two days before the new counter and sink install, since I could easily do without a kitchen sink for that time. Dave was called up for jury duty, which he called promptly to tell us. He sent one of his plumbers, who arrived right on time on the day we had originally agreed. He was very professional, completed the work and cleaned up after himself. When we received the bill, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it considerably less than we had anticipated, only $178. This was overall such a pleasant experience! Our home is 28 years old and there are several projects we would like to do in the future, including some updates to our bathrooms. We will definitely call D & J Plumbing for our future plumbing work!
