We scheduled a date of service for the repair to be done, and the provider didn't show. I called the provider and their response was, "I don't know what happened. Sorry,"; then the provider hung up.
Description of Work: The provider came to my house and gave me a quote on fixing a foundation leak.

They performed the service adequately. We were pleased with their work which they completed in one day. We are especially pleased that the humidity has been reduced and we can now use the crawlspace for additional storage.
Description of Work: We had quite a bit of moisture in our crawlspace and needed a vapor barrier to prevent termite and mold infestation. Busy Basement solved our problem in one day by putting up heavy duty plastic and installing a dehumidifier.

Never use or trust this company. They have tried to scam me out of money for services that were not provided as agreed upon. I have had other inspections done that says the work still isn't done. The work looks like a third grader had done it. I had to stop them because it did not look right. Joists were not put in correctly. The did not have equipment or man power to complete.
Description of Work: We had basement foundation repair, joist repair, beam support, and window replacement in basement.
