 + -1 moreA guy came out to bid on the windows. I didn't hear back with the bid, but then they called to make an appointment to bid on the windows. When I said, "A guy already did that," they said they didn't know that and would get back to me. A few more weeks later I called to see if they had the bid - and the guy said he thought he'd already given me the bid. Told me the bid, told me he could do most of the windows from the inside. (I have three picture windows, facing east.) We made an appointment to have the windows cleaned. The day of the appointment the guy called and said it's too windy to clean windows today - especially for the south side. I have two regular windows on the south side that can be cleaned from the inside. He wanted to come Saturday morning. I told him Thursday was the only day I could have them come since I see clients in my residence on Saturdays. He said he "thought" he had another appointment on Thursday, but would get back to me. After considering all this, I will decline having them do any more work for me.
Description of Work: I called to have Bob's Janitorial clean my vents and wash my windows. The vents got done.

 + -1 moreThey do a superb job. Nothing comes up missing when they came in. They were a big help for me. They literally saved me at least $1000 by rearranging their schedule. I've used them before and now I will definitely be using them much more in the future.
Description of Work: The manager actually stepped in to rearrange their schedule just to accommodate me. He came out and did a full air vent cleaning for me.

Description of Work: We had Bob's clean our air ducts and our carpets (Living room, hallway, bedroom and stairway). The tech was prompt, polite and did a great job. I believe we paid just under $500 total for the services we requested, which I feel is reasonable. that price also included a trip fee because we live outside of Topeka. I've already noticed that the woodwork in our house is staying cleaner for longer. We will call on them in the future and would are happy to refer them to others.

Description of Work: Fantastic work. They were able to save a bedroom carpet I thought for sure was ruined. They work very h****** the spot they got ground in ashes smoke and sticky messes with paper stuck to the stain off the floor. My carpet looks almost brand new.

Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning. They answered our enquiry promptly and scheduled service the same week. The price was exactly as quoted. The serviceman came about an hour later than scheduled but did call to alert us that the prior appointment was running long. Our dryer now dries faster and no lent gets outside the vent. We were quite satisfied and happy to avoid a major fire hazard.

 + -1 morehaWe bought an older home that had fallen into disrepair and had odors, dust and dirt in and on it. We wanted to create a clean smell and environment so we could sell it quickly. I called multiple providers of duct cleaning services. Many were less expensive than Bob's so I have each explain to me what they did and why it cost what it cost. Without going into all the details it seemed to me clear that the job was more complex than I had expected it to be (this is our fourth renovation so we have some knowledge of these things, not just taking his word for it. It was clear to me that Bob's had a better plan, better equipment and was overall worth the extra cost. They were on time as promised and did a great job. For duct cleaning they were the best.

 + -1 moreBelow was the original comments. This is ALL GOOD now! This was the second time that we hired them. The first time they did a fantastic job. Stains left in master bedroom carpet that we partially were able to get out after they left with work. Some we could not in all fairness but the carpet looked dirty in couple days again. Like it came back up through from pad. Just don't feel like they did as good a job this time as last time and definitely didn't have the care for our carpet as they did last time.
Description of Work: Vendor called us about a year after posting my comments on Angieslist. They asked to redo our job to make it right. We agreed and they came the very next day. Did a FANTASTIC job this time. They actually were there for about three times longer than last time. When they were done it looks great! Considering it is 10 year old carpet it is great. I would now recommend them to others. That is the correct customer service I expect when I pay for service. This last time they were in and out in a half hour for 1 large master bed room, 2 average bedrooms with closets and a small laundry room and master closet floor.

 + -1 moreThe work was completed within one week of date ordered. The employee was friendly yet professional and worked steadily until done. We had just had popcorn ceilings removed and hardwood floors installed so there was quite a bit of dust etc. that was removed via the duct cleaning.

 + 0 moreThey are very good. I've only been in the house about two and half years and the carpet looked pretty good when I moved in. But after Bob's Janitorial, the carpets look brand new. I am going to have them back out routinely to clean the carpets twice a year and once a year to clean the vents. They are the nicest people and very understanding. They offer a fine service for a reasonable price. They cleaned the carpets in my entire house plus a huge staircase for about $115. The vent cleaning was around $300 and there was a lot involved with that. They are prompt and will come out the next day if needed. They are in and out so fast and careful with your furniture. The air in my house smelled so much better afterwards and I have very sensitive lungs. They did a great job and superior quality.

Description of Work: The technician (I think his name was Roosevelt) was very nice and cordial according to my husband who worked with him that day at one of our apartments. The office personnel that scheduled the appointment was nice and informed me of an online coupon that saved me some of the fee. I was told that they would clean out the furnace, AC coils, the return air plenum and up to 20 air supply ducts. I asked if the cleaning was somewhat of a closed system so it wouldn't leave the apartment dirty. They told me it was done under negative air. Well the ducts were cleaned along with the return air plenum. The furnace was cleaned but not the AC coils. According to my husband some dust came back into the rooms but not to the point where we needed to reclean the apartment. We contracted with this company to rid the apartment of a bad smell associated with a dead animal which we felt was in one of the ducts. Well the odor remained so we had to treat the ducts with some Odor-ban. It was the first time we ever contracted a duct cleaning company. We personally do not have any complaint with the company or the technician for not ridding the apartment of the odor as the technician did explain that some residual fluids from the dead animal would probably remain in the duct and would eventually resolve over time. The only thing I felt was missed was the cleaning of the AC coils. As prompt and as courteous they were we'd probably have them come again.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. They did a really nice job. I absolutely would refer them. They were very responsive. I actually contacted them online and had a call back the next morning. They were there that week, but they came the next day. They did such a good job. I would definitely refer them. I was thinking the price was going to be much more. They were actually willing to come back out and redo areas. It was very good. They were right on time and my husband had to leave work to meet them.
Description of Work: We just used Bob's Janitorial for carpet cleaning. They did the whole house, including a basement area in a rental house that we own. They took special care to the areas that we told them needed extra attention.
