Bill Haag

As a young couple, we were hesitant about Bill at first because of his reluctance to use email. However, I cannot imagine having purchased a house without him now that we've been through the entire process. Bill has lived in Topeka all of his life and thus, has firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods and real estate market. He didn't just show us houses - he pointed out things I never would have even though about, looked at the condition of the roof and several other things that I would have missed as a first time home buyer. He had several family issues to deal with while we were working with him, but he was always very accommodating to our schedules and I never felt like we were on the back burner. I would highly recommend Bill as an agent, especially anyone that hasn't purchased a house before.
