We were very pleased with the work and they were very amicable with last minute changes I made. Very friendly, down to earth but yet very professional.

We contacted Garren at "All Star Guttering" by phone about a week after a storm which had caused a part of the guttering on the top level of our house - about 2 1/2 stories up - to separate from the house. A part of the drain pipe had also come completely off. Garren said that since the job would require two men and a lift truck, cost would run at least $160. He agreed to come out for an estimate. Garren came out for the estimate within a couple of days. He said that if the top part which had separated from the house was still usable, the estimate would be $160. We agreed and he said that, although they were busy, he would try to schedule it as soon as possible so they could get to it before the top part separated any more from the house. The repairmen came the next Monday - 3 working days later - and performed the work as promised. They even replaced the segment of the drain pipe which had completely off with a slightly larger piece that appeared to us to be of superior quality. The total time for the repair was approximately 1-2 hours and final bill was $160 - as estimated. It has only rained once since this repair was completed, but so far, so good. Overall, we were very pleased with this repair work. The estimate was given promptly; there was a only a short wait before the work was scheduled; and the work was completed quickly and professionally. We have never had any gutter repair work performed on our house previous to this, so the rating on the price is somewhat arbitrary. But for the time and materials spent, the cost seemed reasonable. We would definitely recommend All Star Guttering and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Very well. they were prompt, quick and got the job done for the stated price. Clean up was thorough. they even came out last year at our request to advise on a gutter change and left additional guttering for me to use. Very satisfied.
