We have used Ace for a number of things over the past two years since moving to Topeka, and have been extremely satisfied with them every time. All of their servicemen are very friendly and knowledgable (we've had 3 or 4 different guys out to the house thus far). Most recently, our a/c wasn't working well, so Ace was able to come out within 36 hours of my phone call. It didn't take long for the a/c to be repaired. My favorite part of working with Ace is the nice servicemen; I am a woman who is home alone during the day, and I have always felt safe and respected by their men. There are no scary looking or acting men coming out to the house with these guys! I'm not sure how their prices compare to anyone else, but they do have a $10 off coupon available on their website!

We ended up calling another plumber who was recommended to us. He used a sewer camera to show us the extent of roots in the sewer line and we got another person to clear out the roots from the clean-out. The pipe was not broken and did not need to be replaced and the floor drain is now operable. It cost less than $230 to have the sewer line looked at twice with a camera and cleared out. If we had just followed ACE's advice we would have paid more than $800 and still had an inoperable floor drain AND all the roots in the sewer line. It would have been disasterous! We had used ACE about five times in the past two years to unclog drains and every time they charge a full hour and do minimal work. Their service men are friendly and prompt, but they just don't seem to know what they are doing and in my opinion they charge too much and give bad advice.

They were okay. They sent out a team of young plumbers. They charged $200, which included parts and labor. I am already experiencing problems with the drain. They were very polite and nice. They cleaned up after themselves and they also got the job done. The only problem I had them was that they blew me off the very first time I called; this happened because I don’t stay in the best neighborhood. So, it took two calls to have them come out. They were exactly what they said they were going to be. Their prices were very reasonable. The only problem is to get them to come out for the first time. I’ll call them again.

We use them most of the time. The reason we started using them is because they had coupons. They tend to do a decent job every time they come out so we just keep using them.

Very fast, very clean, absolutely professional. Ace worked with me with the parts, gave me all the information to look up the shower fixtures/faucets they use (Delta) and had no problem with me buying a separate kitchen faucet to install. Estimated to be a two-day job, got it done in a day. Part of the job involved cutting through the tile wall to remove the shower faucet, and they still left the place as clean as when they went in.

On early Friday afternoon, I realized that my furnace was not coming on. It would start the process but stop without blowing hot air. I was expecting company on the weekend and was concerned that I would not be able to get it fixed until Monday. I called the Ace dispatch and was told that all techs were busy and they would call as soon as the could send someone. About an hour and a half later, they called and the tech showed up about 15 minutes later. He quickly fixed the problem and did a good job of explaining what was wrong while he did it. I was relieved that my guest would not be freezing all weekend.

I couldn't have asked for better service. I received a call back within 10 minutes of my initial conversation with someone at the company, which was before regular business hours, and had someone arrive on time to assess/fix the problem. The service man was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm new to the area and used Angie's List to find a plumber. Ace was the only one listed, but had a good review. I'm happy I used their services, and will do so again if the need ever arises. I would enthusiastically recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I called the company about 9:00 am on a Monday morning and a technician was at my home in less than 30 minutes. We looked over the situation and I told him what I thought the problem was. He brought in cardboard panels to protect the carpet and quickly cleared the drain. He checked to see if the problem was resolved and then cleared a second line that tied into the line. He ran a volume of water through the lines and installed a cap on the side tap to stop sewer gas. We reviewed the pros and cons of installing an alarm to signal when the trap is filling with water. In an hour the job was done to my satisfaction.

Everything went very well, overall. I would definitely use them again because they showed up on time, were professional, courteous, and cleaned up when they were finished.
