they were better then i expected ! master level workers.... ..the bid was very fair for the level of craftsmanship offered .. main worker has 20+ years in the field & it really shows in how they approached the job... do your self & your family a favor & call A2B "if you have plumbing issues"

Beware! A2B Plumbing used legal threat to intimidate us after walking off the job and refusing to respond to email requests for resolution. The offer letter and subsequent communication, from his attorney claimed no knowledge of damages to my home, poor project planning, poor installation, and breach of contract. He was in fact, requiring extensive additional fees for completion with lessor materials and without correction of damage. (IE: Cut floor joist under deep soak tub, basic plumbing and ordering errors etcâ ¦) Even after we paid for a professional inspection, he continued to deny the facts of this contract and is still relying heavily on his vague, poorly written estimate in attempts to avoid responsibility. Even double billing for inferior fixtures while refusing credit for the more expensive ones he could not install. (in the order manifest he left behind with the mess he also left.) Mr. Roach continues to refuse reasonable settlement offers and driving up attorney fees a year later. He has consistently stated he could not â afford to complete the job then could not afford to settle, then after I forced Insurance assist, he continues to shirk responsibility wherever possible. We have now been informed we will never be able to recoup all expenses... A year later we are still dealing with lawyers and my therapeutic Bath for disabilities is still destroyed

A2B staff were friendly, honest and professional. Repair price was exactly as quoted. I would strongly recommend them for any plumbing project. Thanks A2B plumbing.

This is not the first time I have used A2B. The first time was a gas stove hookup. Which turned out to be something else. Brian stopped by on his way home, did not charge us extra for after 5 work. Saw a additional safety issue and added, what was needed to hook stove up. This time my hubby was putting in a new faucet in bathroom sink and Sir one reason or another felt he needed to saw the pipe underneath. Called A2B and the completely had to take out carodded galvanized pipe and replace with new PVC piping, replacing wall behind sink with new sheet rock, clearing connecting drain to kitchen sink and hooking up water intake to fridge to correct line..hubby had it hooked to hot water line. Him and is helper were professional, clean and efficient. Work was done in a timely manner and I end price was much less than I had anticipated. Move over Ace & A-1, you've been replaced.

I very much appreciate their kindness, patience and the care they took answering any and all my questions, and concerns. They showed me exactly how much they wanted my business by being exactly what their business motto said. Would not hesitate to hire again.

Great com[any. Seemed very honest. A bit on the high side for the camera run. That said, they did a great job and gave me an honest evaluation although it did not add more work.

Very knowledgeable and reliable. Brian replaced our corroding sewer pipe coupling. Very reasonable with great troubleshooting. Brian found an easier (less expensive) way to fix the problem.

I had an electric 50 gallon water heater installed and cost $1400. The top value range was $1095. Found others later that would have done it for $800-1000. It was a good brand WH.
