From the initial consult with owner Tania, detailed written estimate, received certificate of insurance from Insurer, brought a 3 person team worked 8 hours plus to put my house in beautiful working order. They were punctual, courteous, hard working, spread out throughout the house and worked like tornadoes. Answered any questions cheerfully, very responsive to requests. Made me feel like a client; I've had many other house cleaners NONE compare to the professionalism, team approach and thoroughness of this company. My quality rating is a B+; they had SO much to do, some small things missed. The value overall was above expectations.
Description of Work: Super Maids was hired to "spring clean" my 5 bedroom,3 bath, 1 1/2 floor home. They organized what had become an unusable attic bedroom due to clutter. Cleaned, polished, swept and vacuumed upstairs, main floor and finished basement. Washed interior windows and glass doors. Cleaned interiors of kitchen appliances. Mopped then polished oak and vinyl flooring.. Removed all trash. Cleaned screed porch. I thought it was a tall order when I accepted the pricing; but more than well worth it for 24 hours of cleaning a house with a black shedding labrador!

Description of Work: Tania and her team is fabulous and so detailed. I have had a few different people clean my house but Super Maids has been the best by far. Things from floors, bathroom, windows, appliances, ceiling fans, and many different house cleaning that she needs done. You can smell the clean and how spotless the house is when you come in after they are done. Her pricing is great for the job and time she spends cleaning. She is very respectful, dependable, and cares about her services for you. Very caring person! I would recommend her to anyone and I already sent her a few friends. She will do small to large jobs and change for your needs!

+ -1 moreI have been using Super Maids Cleaning Service for 10 months now. I absolutely love them. I have had two other companies, both were okay, but inconsistent. I have never had that problem with Super Maids. They have been reliable, flexible, dependable, and pleasant. We will be moving to a new military base and wish I could take their services with me. If you are considering hiring someone, you will find the interaction and end result rewarding. I give this cleaning service an A+
Description of Work: Super Maids would come once a week for at least three hours and clean our 3 story home. They washed my sheets, made the bed, vacuumed, dusted, did windows, polished furniture, cleaned mirrors, toilets, microwave, stove top, etc. Nothing was left undone. It is amazing how nice it is to come home to a beautiful home. I was never disappointed!! That is a big deal for me, as I work all week and like this one treat for myself (plus I did not have to argue with my husband over chores).

Because my apartment was a mess I I get all my deposit back from my landlord, she never were scared about my mess. Nobody accepted the job and she did!!!!
