They were excellent. I would recommend them to family and friends and the people that are working for him are simply the best, they go to extremes to please the customer.

Fantastic! It's great when a contractor goes way above your expectations, from bidding to clean-up and exit. We were very impressed that they removed the toilets to make the flooring go underneath rather than around. They replaced the wax ring with a new one then re-set them perfectly. In fact, they even totally re-installed a new toilet at no added cost. Adjectives that come to mind are: professional, courteous, friendly and honest. They return phone calls or texts promptly and went way above and beyond for us. Cost was reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We never got to the point of doing business -- the business owner balked at doing the carpet installation because we did not purchase the carpet through him. We decided that we did not want to do business with Mr Seifert.

They carpeted the steps. They made the upstairs laminate floors and my down stairs vinyl flooring. They help me make my selections eye pleasing and economical. They are very fair priced and always give me the best deal. They always do all of my heavy lifting for me. They are so nice and professional. They always give me extra too. The price that they tell you is the final price too.

They installed the wrong tile. I called the owner and he was not very responsive and wouldn't call me back. I finally got ahold of him and he did come out and put in the correct tile, but he charged an extra $700 for his mistake.
