Had a date scheduled for the fence install over month out. He waited until 4 days before they were supposed to install the fence to say that it would be another 2 weeks before they could do it. Then he tried to tell me he called, texted, and emailed (he didn't). Tried to make me out to be the bad guy, so we found someone else for our fencing needs.

To the team who came back out and did their best to fix the issues - thank you. 4/5 This review is wholly in response to Raymond Reynolds, the owner of Forever Fencing Inc. There are several concerns about your conduct that prompted me to even write this review: 1. The installation was scheduled for 17 June. Your team shows up on 23 May without notice and began working. I called your office immediately only to learn your been corresponding with an incorrect telephone number for months. I laugh it off as a small oversight and thank you for picking up the project sooner. 2. The first fence installed was nothing like we discussed (pictures included). I stopped your team in time and reached out to you to correct the issue. 3. After your team completed the fence and left, I walked out and noticed the fence was considerably uneven (pictures included again). I called you to express that though I liked the design, it was uneven and I'd like it fixed. You immediately became defensive and unprofessional, refusing to acknowledge the quality even after I provided you with the pictures for reference stating, "Well I'll just have my guys come rip up the fence and you can find someone else to do the job." Sir, at no point in time was I ever disrespectful to you or your crew. However, if I'm paying thousands of dollars on a project that we both discussed and agreed upon then I expect quality work. 4. Your team came back out and spent another two days fixing the fence with the supplies they had available. Throughout this ordeal you've never reached out to follow-up, nor show any responsibility for your lack of professionalism. I see that you were quick to withdraw the money from my account though - not surprised. In the end, I was left with a rushed fence with crooked posts and crossbeams constructed from what looks like poorly reused wood - all of which can clearly be seen in all the pictures provided. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the work. I would not recommend you to friends and family because I don't want to subject them to this nonsense. If you would like to clear up any confusion or resolve any of the issues above you have my number - though at this point I'm doubtful you have the integrity to make the call.

terrible from day 1 the fence was crooked then they fixed that half way and then it was out of level and the post holes was left about 6" average from the top empty no concrete owner never showed up had several phone calls with him on concerns, he tried to get me to meet him and pay before I inspected the fence was total nightmare

Raymond, was on time & friendly. Due to the holiday the job was finished a little behind schedule but we wanted quality not quantity work. The fence is complete & up to our standards. Besides the dried up concrete in our grass, from the posts, we are satisfied.

They arrived put up a good looking fence took 2 day.

He was late to my house for the estimate, but did call to say he was running late. Once he got to my house I showed him the side I wanted completely replaced, He did a quick measurement but could not give me a price, which I thought was the purpose of the appt. He said he would email me the link of the company he gets his fencing from and then I was to let him know what style I was interested in. I got an email a few days later on Feb 23rd from his wife with the website asking me to let her know what style I was interested in. I replied the next day. I then got a reply back on the 26th telling me that I would get the pricing the same day. Never heard a word. I replied on March 3rd asking for an update on where was my pricing. Got a reply back the next day saying she was waiting on pricing for the caps from Raymond and that I should have pricing that day. To date I have never heard from them at all. Apparently they don't need the business. I found another company who also knows this company and told me that most likely my job wasn't big enough. The other company gave me pricing over the phone when I told him what I wanted and how many feet I needed. He came out the same week to view the area and gave me a formal bid in writing. I hired them on the spot and now have my fence. I find it completely unprofessional and rude that you cannot get someone pricing. If you didn't want to do the job then he just should of said so. I can now see from the other reviews that this is one company I would never used or recommend to anyone to use.

extremely disrecpectful of my time and disruption in my schedule to accomodate him. then he is a no show and no call.

His bid was right on and he even worked weekends to get it done. He was very accommodating as we needed to get the job done in a hurry so we could move our horses.

My philosophy: If a company will not show up for an estimate, they wonand quot;t show show up to do the work either. Very unprofessional. I guess they do not need another fencing job, as they are too busy. I will not call them again.

I called and set up an appointment to get an estimate. They never showed up. I called and left a message to see what happened but never heard from them. Their name says it all. It will take them forever to get back to you.

According to my wife the gentleman who came out 4 days ago on Saturday was real nice. I was a little weary when he called and said he might have to reschedule, but he showed up on time. He said he would email us an estimate on Monday or Tuesday. Today's Wednesday, still no estimate so I sent an email to an inbox on their website. I got a fairly prompt reply from Lisa indicating the and quot;shows that he had sent it on Mondayand quot; and and quot;sorry I didn't receive it. She said she would pull the estimate and resend. That was at about 10:00am this morning - still no estimate. So I just called to ask if she had sent it yet, and she seemed offended that I called - and I think she hung up on me. I tried to call back, no answer. And yes, still, no estimate! I must admit I'm pretty disappointed. I have read, however, that if you can actually get an estimate and get them to commit o the project they do a pretty good job.

GREAT! I'm so happy with the fence. Raymond and his guys are so nice. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had no idea what I wanted, (got numerous bids) and Raymond was the ONLY one who came up with ideas and options for things to do. He just happened to have the most reasonable bid too. The day they showed up to install I asked about extending it a bit off the house, he had no problem with it at all and didn't charge extra! They also hit a ton of rock and didn't charge. I asked them to put the dirt they dug up around the foundation, which they did no problem. The fence is just perfect, my dogs and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Forever Fencing.

I thought he was extremely knowledgeable and they did the job in one day. He knew everything about permits, materials, and was very open to suggestion about what we wanted. I thought the price was fair. He came on time and I watched while he put it up, and he had his own equipment. The top is level and I can tell he took pride in his work. He followed up with me and was interested in doing the work, which I really liked.

It was great. They were quick. They came out one day and did it the next day.

I was forced to get bids to complete a defaulted installation of my Montage fence. I contacted Forever Fencing as well as three other fencing contractors. Raymond from Forever Fencing was close to the least expensive bid and the right mix of persistance (before the sale) and professionalism. Forever Fencing not only finished the install but also fixed numerous problems that the previous contractor had left for me.

Everything went fine just as scheduled, they called me at work when they finished so I could go home and give them a check.

We contacted Forever Fence to come out and give us an estimate. We made an appointment and had to leave work early to make it home for the appointment. No one showed up and no one called to inform us they wouldn't be showing up. We called three times before someone at Forever Fence returned our call to inform us they needed to reschedule our appointment (would have been nice if you had told us that ahead of time). So we rescheduled the appointment. The second appointment came and went and same story. No one showed up and no one had called to inform us they wouldn't be showing up. We called a third time to schedule an appointment. On the day of the third appointment, about 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment, Raymond calls to tell us he can't make the appointment. He did apologize for missing the other two appointments without notice and said it's because he coaches a baseball league. Apparently that is more important than keeping scheduled appointments with potential customers. We re-schedule for a fourth time. This time Raymond does manage to show up. He was at our house no more than 5 minutes. He took quick measurements, and when we were trying to get some questions answered, he cut us off and left. He told us he would email us the quote. We never got it. We placed a follow up call with the company to get the quote. Still haven't received it. Save your time and your money and go with another company.

We found Forever Fencing at the remodeling show and were impressed by Raymond's decription of their construction methods. He showed up on time for the visit to look at the property and take measurements and provided the quote within a week. We needed two types of fencing due to a shared fence line with our neighbor. The installation took 3 days rather than the 2 they expected but that was not an issue for us. They put up temporary fencing for our neighbors side due to their dog. Couldn't be more pleased with the fence and our neighbor was also happy. We chose 6 inch posts so it was more expensive than the typical job and we also live on a corner lot so more fence line than usual. They cleaned up the worksite and made certain we were satisfied with the installation. There was one area where the bottom of the fencing required trimming off below the horizontal bottom board and they immediately fixed that before leaving the last day of installation.

We had them out for a quote on a privacy fence in the front of our house. He said the would get us a quote within a week. Two weeks later I email them and they say they already emailed it which they did not. They promised to email us a quote that night. It never came. That night we ran into them at a home show. They apologized and promised us a quote on Monday. At 5pm Monday I emailed them and said we were no longer interested in their services. On Tuesday morning he calls us with a quote. We told him we were not interested. He asked if we wanted him to email the quote anyway. We said yes. He still never emailed us. With that type of response I don't want to know what their work is like!
