From bid to install to clean up Dusty and his small team were fabulous. He came highly recommended from two of our trusted friends in the construction and real estate business. Completely separate of each other I might add. We were not disappointed. Dusty did everything he could to make the process not just smooth for us and our family, but he also explained everything perfectly to our level of interest and understanding, and he taught us so much through the process that we were completely confident in the final product. He talked us through every detail where we could save money and where it made sense NOT to try and save money. We would definitely hire him again and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to hire a wood floor expert. We were so impressed with the professionalism, transparency, but also just the overall friendliness and family-oriented nature of Dusty that we knew when we met him and talked with him a few times that he was our guy. We pretty much stopped looking at other providers after we met him. Dusty and his team did what they said they were going to do, communicating frequently through the process, showed up on-time, cleaned up and followed-up. He even looked out for our fearful shelter dog and provided guidance on how to protect him from the noise and disruption. The project went so smooth and the team worked so fast we didn't have to spend even one night out of our home. Dusty and his crew were there every day on time for a full day's work. They finished the job in the time that was promised. I especially liked that Dusty worked with his guys. The floors look great and Dusty paid attention to every detail. You would never know that the kitchen wood had been put down 20 years earlier. I would definitely recommend Dusty's Hardwood Floors.

Dusty and his team (Derek and David) were amazing. We had Dusty refinish our floor. We previously had our floor refinished by a different contractor, and this previous contractor had multiple errors which caused the refinish to fail; the previous contractor refused to fix the job and alternatively said that we needed an entire new floor (ie $7000). This did not seem right to us, so we contacted Dusty, and he agreed that the floor did not need to be replaced, it just needed to be refinished correctly. We never heard back from the previous contractor, so we hired Dusty todo our floor refinish. From start to finish, Dusty was great to work with and a true professional. He costs alittle more than other floor refinishers, but you get what you pay for (and we know that from our previous experience with the failed contractor). His attention to detail is amazing and he uses the best materials (which cost more, but will last longer and be of better quality). Dusty performed numerous extra steps in the refinish process that our previous contractor never did, all of which added value to his services (yet he did not charge us for). Dusty was always on time each day and completed the job in the amount of time he promised. Dusty and his team also did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and for the entire job. We left them in our house by themselves, and we completely trusted them in doing this. I cannot express in words how much we recommend Dusty.

The refinished floors looked better than when they were new. The most recent work on new floors in the bedroom was equally good. Dusty arrived on the dot at the time each morning that he said he would. He blocked his workspace with plastic so that we dealt with very little dust throughout the rest of the house. Super job cleaning up and finishing on time. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dusty and his team did an excellent job. They were always on time and stayed on schedule even though they had to work around other contractors working on our kitchen at the time. Dusty was always very accommodating even after I had him put almost 10 samples of stain and mixed stain color down for me to choose from. We ended up with a 50/50 mix of Ebony and Classic Gray and the floors look awesome. The staircase also came out great and I would definitely recommend Dusty's Hardwood Floor Service for any job. Dusty & his crew did a fantastic job! Dusty was always accessible prior to rendering services answering all questions thoroughly, helping us to make the right decisions, etc. The crew actually was able to move us up a week, came & stayed through the various phases of the project & completed it on time. Very courteous, professional & honest. Dusty stayed with the crew working right alongside his men. They prepped very thoroughly, & when the floors were finished, they cleaned up well. Dusty did our floors several years ago and we left glowing reviews for him them. His awesome customer service still continues as he provided us a quote to install and finish hardwoods in a home we were thinking of buying. He moved his busy schedule around for us to get a quote done on short notice and the quote was so detailed we could easily negotiate with the sellers. When the deal did not work on the home we were buying we reached back out to him to ask about products the builder was going to use on our new home. Again, Dusty did not hesitate to provide his expert insight and saved us hundreds of dollars we would have paid the builder for an "upgrade" that was really a standard finish. We can't say enough good things about Dusty's Hardwoods. Using anyone else to do your floors should be a crime.

We've had Dusty and crew do several jobs for us (bedroom, dining room and now great room), and each one has been completed professionally and with much care and concern. We have never had the need for a call-back correction even though Dusty has followed up with us on each job to make sure we were totally happy with their work. In addition to a quality wood floor install, their finish work is top-notch as well, with much attention to detail given to trim re-install, nail hole putty and caulking, and clean up. While it was not their responsibility, they go out of their way to clean and dust areas extremely well upon completion of the job. It was a pleasure to have Dusty, Derrick, and David work in our home, and we can recommend them without any reservation whatsoever.

Dustin and his team were the dream team of flooring. From start to finish the level of professionalism was outstanding. I have had the floors refinished before and hadn't been impressed by previous contractors. This time I had estimates from 6 companies all with high Angie's List scores but I liked the fact that Dusty would be the one that would actually do the floor and he used the same crew. I think the stand out feature of this group of professionals was their attention to detail. The floors look fantastic. The dust was kept to a minimum and clean up was excellent. They also moved my furniture and were very careful. They treated my house as if it was their own. Throughout the whole project, Dustin explained every step, answered every question. They were very helpful and patient with stain and finish decisions. We had a number of glitches that Dustin had to deal with and he handled them all and kept the project on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Dusty's Hardwood Floors. He is very busy but well worth the wait.

Dusty and his crew were 100%2 professional. The three crew members, Dusty, David, and Derrick obviously enjoyed working together. It was very obvious in the way they interacted personally and getting the job done. The men were very polite, required none of the typical music or other audio that accompanies contractors, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything. Prior to beginning removal of carpeting in the house, they put up plastic sheeting to keep down the dust. I have worked with several contractors. None has been as good about keeping me informed of expected and actual delays, arrival times and what needed to be done to prep the house. Years ago Dustin and crew also installed metal spindles in my stairway, another well done job. Thanks guys for jobs well done!

Wonderful. I would highly recommend Dustys hardwood floors. In November I had my hardwood floors refinished by another company and after buffing the floors once and sanding twice ithey were still a disaster. It was because they didn't know what they were doing. After three month of dealing with them I asked them to leave. My floors were a horrible mess. I found Dusty on Angie's List and wish I had looked there first. Dusty told me the damage was so bad that he would not be able to repair everything. So he and his team came in and were able to repair most of the damage. They performed miracles. I was at the point Of having all the hardwoods replaced. Dusty asked me to let him try . I cannot say enough about the quality of work, the professionalism and the miraculous job performed. After 6 months it feels wonderful to have my house back in order. And it's all thanks to Dusty.

Dusty is prompt with his appointments and deadlines, execellent at what he does and his follow up to ensure satisfaction and a job well done is beyond what I have experienced before! Dusty did a beautiful job on our floors the first time we had them done. I did notice a few issues that I had discussed with Dusty. Painters followed the floor being redone. An unfornuate accident happened where the floor became damaged in many places due to a hot light being left and moved all over the floor by the painters. Dusty came in accessed the damage and worked with the painter and us to amend the situation. He was truly helpful to all in this unfortunate situation. We ended up needing to redo the entire first floor again. Dusty worked us right in and he was maticulous about ensuring a perfect finish the second time. Our floors looked even better when completed the second time! Since then I have had a few questions for Dusty and he always gets right back with me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dusty"s Hardwood to anyone looking for a quality job done for the price. Dusty cares about his work and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Thank you Dusty!

Dusty contacted me and came out to provide estimate promptly, then Emailed me name and address of 2 vendors to visit for wood selection. He promptly ordered the materials and arranged with me to drop them off the Friday before work was to be done. I'd requested job be completed before Thanksgiving and was initially quite disappointed when told the materials supplier had shorted them on product and they were unable to finish the job on the Monday before Thanksgiving as anticipated. Dusty had immediately contacted the supplier and asked for a rush delivery of the shorted wood but it was unclear whether it would arrive before Thanksgiving. It actually did arrive early Wednesday afternoon and his workers installed the remainder of the flooring and finished up the quarter-round, etc, that afternoon before Thanksgiving. While I was temporarily concerned about the uncompleted job, I was quite pleased with the follow-through, given the holiday, and I have been quite pleased with the floor.

Exceptional quality work. Great attention to details. Very little disruption to household other than what was outlined and expected. Small issues quickly resolved.

They are absolutely wonderful to work with on a project. Dusty and his team are polite and professional. They are very accommodating and they back-up what they say they are going to do. They are careful and particular with their work, doing things the right way. They don't cut corners. We are very pleased with how our project turned out and we will use them again in the future.

Dusty and his brother sanded and refinished our hardwood floors that had some water damage. They always showed up on time. Their work was impeccable with wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail. Dusty always communicated with us to inform us on every detail of the job throughout the 4 days it took to complete the work. He was always courteous and kept his word on the original quote. We couldn't have been happier with our now beautiful floors and will definitely recommend his services to our friends and neighbors!

I waited a few months to do a review to see how I would like my floors. I do not like them I totally am in LOVE with them! Dusty and his brother are truly fabulous. They care about the work they do and want to please you every step of the way. I choose water based stain and we did not have to leave the house and only for one day did it smell. I choose English Chestnut and had it water popped which is an extra step and coating. I cannot say enough about there wonderfully incredible floors! I did get other estimates and they were enough higher and since Dusty the owner is involved every step of the way I choose them and am sooooo happy! Thank you guys your the best! GiGi
