The floor and spindles turned out great and I would not hesitate to use him again. If we can keep the kids and pets from tearing it up we'll be in good shape! Dusty and Derek did an outstanding job. They cleaned our hardwood floors and removed a lot of dirt and grime build-up. The floors look great! They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, personable, and reasonably priced. I will hire them again when it is time to do a total refinishing job on the floors.

Dusty was easy to work with, communicated very well and was always cognizant of surroundings and our time. When we decided that our hardwood stairs was not a good match with the new floor, he was quick to work with us to get the changes we wanted done and added to the project without a time lag. Floors look great.

Dusty literally had to rebuild our staircase due to shoddy work when the house was built and it turned out beautifully! Excellently! Dusty was a pleasure to work with. He was able to answer questions and give solutions very quickly. He installed a hickory floor and it looks beautiful. He advised this hardwood because of the large dogs we have. Dusty had to deal with wood that was delivered and did not meet his standards. He quickly arranged for wood from another mill, which pushed his work load. I was impressed that he insisted on better wood even with the delay it was causing to his other jobs. Once quality wood was delivered and he could move forward, it went like clock work and we are very pleased with the result! We will definitely use Dusty again when we decide on more hardwood floors.

I thought it was very good. I really hadn't gotten any other ones, so I really don't know how it compares to anyone else yet. Since I hadn't had any work done, quality would not apply. The responsiveness was excellent.

Dusty and his crew did a phenomenal job on our project. They started the project exactly when they said they would and started work every day right when they said they would. I actually had a few companies come out to give estimates on our project. Dusty's was not the least expensive but I thought they were the most capable of getting our project done to our level of satisfaction. There were several challenges that they encountered while installing, (mostly that the subfloor was not level due to uneven joists below) but they pulled up the subfloor and evened up the joists before proceeding with the floor installation. The result was a completely seamless installation with the existing flooring. We also darkened the floor and they managed to get the old floor and new floor to match 100%. Now it looks like the entire floor looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the final product and would recommend them ina heartbeat.

Dusty and his team did a terrific job. On time and precise in their instructions and prep work. Their quote was not the least expensive, but he impressed us with his professionalism and committment to excellence. It is obvious that he takes tremendous pride in his work and really wants to do the best job possible.

They did a fantastic job! They were there when they said they would be. They were there promptly at 7:30 am every day. They sealed off the areas of the house from dust better than any contractor I've seen. You cannot tell where they matched the new hardwood with the old hardwood. The satin water base finish on the wood looks great!

From the time Dusty showed up to look at the space and give us a bid he was totally professional. He spent the time to tell us how the job would proceed, the materials to be used, and how long it would take. As the start date approached he stayed in touch making sure we were all on the same page. Dusty and his crew showed up on time and completed the job within the time frame as promised. As with almost any remodeling job there were a couple of issues to be addressed once the job was done. Dusty promptly returned my call and then addressed those issues within the time he promised. Dusty also provided us with helpful written tips on how to keep our new floors looking their best. While Dusty's bid was not the lowest I could tell he knew his craft and that I could trust him and his crew. As a result my wife and I have the space we envisioned and we love it. Highly recommended!

Dusty just finished our floors in August, and everything looked terrific. However, this winter, as we were painting inside of our house, the fridge got dragged through the floor, resulting in deep scratches. My wife was very upset. We called Dusty and asked to take a look to see if the scratches can be repaired to blend in with the rest of the new floor. Dusty's crew worked around their other projects to come out to our house several times to sand out the scratches (plank-by-plank), stain and finish several times. Floor looks like new. A++++ workmanship. Do not hesitate. These are true professionals.
